Very cozy place. Delicious coffee, cakes are available. There is hot chocolate for kids, so it is nice to visit with the whole family

Good coffee, nice atmosphere. Food is waayyy overpriced---have never seen such a sad looking veggie breakfast burrito before ...

I love Coffeebar, but I hate the current atmosphere. It feels more like a WeWork than a coffee shop. People set up almost full offices in what used to be a friendly neighborhood coffee shop and just sit and “work from home” all day. I’m here now, and there’s a guy with a laptop stand. All the two-tops by the window are occupied by individual laptop workers. The WFH crew don’t seem to even order that much, but they take up all the seating for hours and seem irritated at people having conversations or bringing their kids. The atmosphere would be much better with a laptop ban, or perhaps restricting the number of seats at which it’s acceptable to sit with a laptop for three+ hours.

Their orange cranberry muffin was soo delicious. Definitely must try. Also their croissant, very flaky and tasty. But, got disappointed with latte. They said they don't have cups and served in to-go cups which is okay. But, the latte was really light and didn't have coffee aroma. Previous times I had visited, their latte used to be good - maybe depends on the day. I prefer their redwood city location for latte as they are consistently excellent. Also, getting a seat inside during the weekend is impossible. Most people work there and occupy entire table - when we visited we saw one person per table with their laptops even if it was a four seater. Maybe they could change this seating policy.

Good coffee and pastries. Nice workers too, I’m surprised they stay so nice considering I hear at least one grouchy customer each time I come

Still very good but atmosphere has been kinda lacking recently and not all menu items available due to staffing issues (I think). Getting a little overpriced with that, especially food like paninis and croissants. Filthy bathrooms too.

Good coffee, great atmosphere, not overly crowded. What more would you ask for?

Nice looking, spacious, darkish, but quite loud. Ng for studying. View of street and parking lot.

The place is good however customer service is not good. I ordered an avocado toast with eggs and I was given without eggs. The serving lady didn't even care to ask for a change of order.

The atmosphere seems nice, but takeout is not worth the effort. I ordered a hot chocolate and it not only took 10 minutes to be ready, but it was pretty cold (more like lukewarm chocolate milk). This is probably a better place to hang out than to actually buy things from.

Service is pretty good, though they ignored specifics about our orders today, like how we wanted to drink “for here” in a mug but we got disposable cups instead, to our disappointment. Very cool spot, great ambience and coffee, mediocre food. Unfortunately too popular, so it’s really hard to get seats. Wish the upstairs was additional seating, it’s such a lovely place to study or chat.

So grateful they have 8 oz. lattes here. 5/5 for taste too.

Poorly managed place and rude staff. Ordered a simple dry cappuccino, waited for 20 min and checked to be told ‘they didn’t have a ticket for that’ with no acknowledgement of the delay. The cappuccino was anything but dry and nothing to compensate for the horrible experience early in the day.

Gorgeous coffee shop in the heart of Menlo Park. Coffee is outstanding, plenty of parking right outside, and a very spacious indoor seating area.

Nice vibe, good coffee and snacks. They know how to make a proper milk froth for cappuccino (not the foam you get from Starbucks and most other chains). Though, very crowded and a little loud at times.

Good ambiance and vibe. Only frustrating thing: 5pm means you need to be done with your coffee 15 min before. Apparently 5pm is when their employees get off work, so they need to clean up before (they should probably adjust their hours to reflect this).

Absurdly slow putting together orders. Not worth the wait when it is busy. Need a second machine and a bit more urgency from the people walking around behind the counter making their own drinks vs customer orders.

That coffee shop in an amazing location in pretty Menlo Park down town but the store management is very sloppy. We went there yesterday and ordered a latte and mocha, but both were cold. We asked the barista about that and he wasn't interested. We settled at a table that was so dirty. There was a used plate, forks, and bottles on it, and we waited around 10 minutes for a waiter to come and clean it up. Location 5/5 Store design:5/5 food and taste:1/5 Cleaning 1/5

Good coffee spot overall. They have a selection of pastries and baked goods in addition to hot food and even beer/wine. Good atmosphere in the shop and i see a lot of people working there. The coffee is good though there’s often a wait. Only wish they had more savory pastry options.
