I like this location and the ambiance of this coffee shop. The pastries are actually good but the breakfast sandwiches and even the coffees are just ehhh- they can make it tastier or better- taste is pretty bland tbh. The owner can smile more and seems like she’s always pouting when I see her. Although I do see her smile or talk to the ones she knows or related to- she should still do the same to all her customers. We are all her customers at the end of the day.
I like cafes that use real mugs and plates:) the food was good. But I probably won't be going back given coffee and food was served in to go boxes.
I don't know about the food, but I did enjoy my coffee in this little hidden place. Quite, spacious. Next to the Olive Hyde Art Center. Great for a coffee break or a chitchat time with friends.
Good coffee and friendly community oriented staff. A great place to meet and do some work with a group or alone.
What a great back story they have here. It’s fascinating the kind of work that used to be around this area. Love looking for neat little coffee shops. I wished I had taken a photo of the front doors, there’s just so much character and the faded wooden screens of the olden days. And love the porch too. The customer service was very friendly and big smiles, very genuine
Excellent walnut cookies! Good drinks. Prices for sandwiches are very high; $15 for a small chicken panini is steep. All staff seem VERY unhappy, might be an issue with management. I hope the owners invest a little in improving the lighting. The ambience is severely lacking due to a few old burned out fluorescent track lights being the only artificial light source. A few small improvements would really brighten up this place. Unsure why staff are morose, management should look into this as it seems systemic. Good place for snacks and drinks but high prices for food. Probably not coming back as there are some truly excellent cafes out there to select from.
Cool low key spot and the coffee was good. People were nice...... definitely would recommend
Best tasting coffee in all of Fremont. Period.
Good old town cozy coffee shop vibe. Very nicely tucked slightly away from the road and a warehouse-like place with good seating, coffee and tea served with warmth and a sense of hospitality.
The white mocha was really good. The barista was nice and helpful. They happily answered all the questions we had.
We just dropped by for a cappuccino. Lovely location with a really chill and cool vibe but, sadly, the coffee was awful. Hopefully, they were just having an off day or maybe the barista was new.
Great place to get coffee or food and study
low key, adapted warehouse atmosphere, which was perfect, for a great cup of coffee, delicious pastry and time with friends
Maybe it was just an off morning, but they were late to open, the food portions were small, the bathroom needed cleaning and everything inside needs to be given a little love.
Love this family owned coffee shop!
Cozy little coffee shop in Mission San Jose. Great choice of coffee and breakfast.
I practically grew up going to mission coffee and they've consistently been my favorite coffee shop. The sandwiches are great, cookies are giant and delicious, and the drinks are amazing no matter what you get. Parking can be a bit iffy, but is always worth it. I'm definitely biased, but this place will always have a special place in my heart.
Cozy hometown feel! The coffee is great, masks are encouraged, outdoor patio is lovely. They also have order ahead on their website!
There is no better place for a Veggie Rosted Panini! Their pastries are a must have as well!
Great staff and service, nice selection of drinks and some food. Patio and indoor seating area has lots of space.
