Quaint coffee shop with a lot of patio seating.

When there are lots of people at a place it usually means one thing. Cappuccinos were very good & plentiful. She got some pastries which also were very tasty. Patio perfectly placed for the morning sun.

Love their salted carmel latte, but I tend to get it half as sweet plus with oatmilk, and it turns out perfect.

I love your coffee and baked goods but the last two times I’ve come in at 3:00 on a Sunday, the staff seems put out to make me a pour over cuz they are frantically cleaning so they can get out at 4 is my guess! Not cool!

In the last 2-3 years I have stopped at Lofty. I really like the coffee drinks, more so now that they started having oat milk a couple years back. The Açaí bowl is definitely my favorite food item here. Always so fresh and tastes so good. I rather get the açaí bowl here than dedicated açaí place. The ingredients are just better here. Staff is typically friendly. The train nearby makes a lot of noise, so it’s hard to concentrate at time but that’s not Lofty’s fault. This is location I typically go to but all other locations are very consistent across with price and quality of food.

To preface this, I will say, this place is expensive as heck. However, the food and drinks are EXCELLENT and delicious😋 We got a ceaser salad, 2 egg croissants, 1 caramel latte, and 1 lavander black tea, all I would order again😁

Great place!! Mugs a little pricey. And you don't get free coffee with purchases. To the Boss; A little kindness goes a long way. Would of given 5 stars

Perfect place, 4 stars because they don't have keto options and add sugar everywhere. Nice staff, would like to meet the owner. Update Aug 2022: Staff keep saying NO keto options

My first time there. Ordered 4 drinks and bought six pastries. Spend nearly $50.00!! All the customers that came in after me were all helped ahead of me. What a terrible customer service experience. I waited for almost 30 minutes on a Saturday mid-afternoon. There were 5 employees working behind the counter. I took some pictures of it all. Very disappointed. Won't be back.

A busy, convient coffee shop located on Hwy 101. Quality Coffee. Hard working, energetic employees. I had the Kyoto style cold brew- oh so good on a hot day. Any Coffee you order here is gonna be amazing. The food though... pretty pricey for a simple breakfast/lunch. Ordered a chocolate croissant but there was barely any chocolate in it ☹️

I worked at Lofty Coffee for almost a year making this 6+ years of barista experience in total. Lofty Coffee is the worst cafe I have ever worked for. No perks for employees, no free meals during long shifts, inconsistent hours and owners who value profit over employees. I spent a good majority of my time as a barista begging for some sort of support as I was always left feeling unappreciated. No change ever came and soon my hours began to dwindle from 35 all the way down to 20. My manager said if I want hours I need to "comply and not pushback." Sounds illegal to me. This company expects regular employees making minimum wage to have the same dedication as those who are salaried, get paid time off, free meals, etc. On more than one occasion the owner walked right past baristas working to speak to managers with no acknowledgment whatsoever. This company does nothing for their employees. Do not support.

OK coffee, bad place for working: be ready for the sloppy WiFi, code protected restrooms, tiny water drip in the bathroom, no ac sockets. Feels like you are not welcome here.

Some of the best coffee in North County! Their iced lattes are my favorite plus all the eats have been delicious and of high quality. The baristas are always friendly and personable! This place is a local gem.

Coffee is delicious! I got the Aztec Mocha. There was plenty of places to sit too. However I asked if there was an outlet close by an indoor table so I can work on my laptop but they said there wasn't any. So good coffee spot but not the my top study space suggestions.

For the price of drinks here I expect service to be immaculate- it is not. Matcha was watery and took at least 10 minutes to make. Ridiculous coffee shop and waste of money, guarantee I won’t be coming back :)

Excellent coffee and breakfast sandwiches served here. Even the decaf coffee is great. The staff is always friendly and we are always able to find a table at the upper location. There are two locations directly across the street from each other.. One sits on the hill, the other on the street corner. Both are great options but the east location on the hill has more food options.
