This is an amazing little cart shop right by the freeway in Encinitas that serves some incredible specialty coffee at an affordable price. I went on a Wednesday morning around 11AM with no line. The service was incredible, the coffee was fresh and amazing, and the peppermint mocha was delicious. The barista is very professional and is exemplary at her coffee crafting, really knows her stuff! 5/5 stars! I'll definitely be checking this place out again
