Under new ownership this place has really transformed for the better! The interior was remodeled and expanded so many can enjoy their coffee without packing in like sardines. Their coffee and pastries continue to deliver good quality as well
This coffee house has expanded since the days of CVCRC! They have the Ferrari of espresso makers, $23,000. You bet it makes great coffee. And PURE Matcha 🍵 from Japan. Be sure and ask for it in a real mug. It just tastes better. ♥️

I think this is the only coffee shop in Carmel Valley as Carmel Valley Roasting Co ironically does not have a shop in the valley although they have their roastery literally next door to this coffee shop. I would say coffee here is neck and neck although here they don't seem to roast on their own.

Overwhelmingly my favorite coffee shop. The coffee is delightful with a good selection of options and rotating specials. The ambiance is great with plenty of places to sit, including a small couched lounge. The staff is always incredibly friendly and usually the highlight of a visit.
I stopped to place a large order for an event and the baristas were so helpful and patient with my questions. I grabbed a Lemon Spring Cold Brew and it’s a tasty delight!
Really good coffee, and cool vibe. Can't wait for the taps to start flowing and live entertainment. Great new business in the valley!
