The honey Pooh latte was delicious. The bathrooms were disgusting.

Rudest people I've ever dealt with at a coffee shop. I've never felt more unwelcome as a first time customer. And to boot the over priced latte was revolting.

A coffee shop with no pastries (especially valentine s day) is like a beer with no alcohol. Sad.

Nice little cozy spot nestled in Old Town. Plenty of art to admire, ube cookies were so good but not overly sweet they paired well with an oatmilk latte. This place carries on Kay’s comfy welcoming enviroment.

Excited to have found this place in the old Palermo/ Element/Kay’s space! Great coffee as they use Beacon and it’s superior! Let’s support these guys that have much better priced quality coffee than the other over priced DT Cam places!

It was my third time at Tree Lounge coffee. The layout is really cool, and I love all the artists they support. They also have a really good selection of pastries & some good vegan options. Aside from that, I feel very unwelcome every time I visit. For instance, I'll walk in & stand at the counter ready to order, and the person sitting there is completely silent. I'm not sure if they're supposed to take my order or if they're working on something else.. it's just awkward. I'll be the first one to speak and I'll awkwardly place my order, and there's no "thank you," or, "we'll bring it right out!" Zero emotion from the barista. With this kind of service, why is there even a tip option? I highly recommend having basic service training with employees. I felt so uncomfortable here that I left and went down the street for coffee where I know my business is appreciated.
