Coffee was great. Sad to hear they discontinued white chocolate and dark chocolate lattes.
I have only been to this one a few times. Last time, I waited over a half hour for some drip coffee. I wanted to leave, but my lesser half wouldn't allow it.
No WiFi at this location for at least a year. No attempts to escalate. It’s 2023. Get with it. If you have an internet connection to process credit cards and report transactions to corporate or even accept mobile orders but no WiFi available to customers? I didn’t ask for a side of lies with my latte.
No WiFi and my Chai latte just tasted like hot milk. I am usually a big fan of coffee bean’s chai latte. Would not recommend this location.
Basically Starbucks without the WiFi.
Clean and great service
There is no wifi here January 30th the wifi had been out for some time according to the employees. It is Feb 26 and the wifi is still out
More comfortable, friendly than starbucks
Staff was nice and friendly, drinks were good 👍 👌 🙂.
Great value,& service.
Staff is very friendly. There’s a restroom here, and the atmosphere here and in the parking lot in general is very quiet and spread out. Plenty of space both indoors and outdoors to study.
I love coffee bean but this is the worst location. I always regret going to this location. If they get my order correct it takes triple the amount of time the mobile site says. Usually though my order isn't correct. They give regular tea whenever I order a tea latte...which if I wanted just tea I would've ordered that and saved myself the price difference. Picture of my "tea latte". If you are able to I would suggest skipping this location and going to the one off Main in Ventura. Or even the Oxnard one that is always busier than this location. They are great!
Went in for a seasonal favorite, the Winter Dream Tea latte. I first tried this a few years ago and usually stop in a few times during the cold weather months to get one.
When oh when will they fix their Wi-Fi? It seems to be like they purposefully do not want to fix it because I have brought up this issue to them previously!
no wifi, likeeee huh you guys are a coffee spot one of the points of attraction for coffee shops is WiFi available to utilize
Horrible customer service. I asked for the Wi-Fi password and the lady I asked was not only sarcastic with me yet mean. She laughed as if I should know better that they don’t have Wi-Fi. I’m new in town and no, I don’t know. Plus, what coffee place doesn’t have Wi-Fi? On top of that, I asked for a cup of water and I was charged $0.50
Great coffee, but a slightly lonely atmosphere. I’m glad to know The Coffee Bean still exists. Camarillo’s just a little weird.
Great place and has free internet at times.
Very large interior, plenty of room for study groups.
Great selections and energetic, polite, and professional staff. I am biased however. I think the drinks taste better, and are more reasonably priced. Though not publicized the store has a soft spot for law enforcement, first responders in general, as well as armed forces personnel.
