I love getting her sandwiches and their eggs benedict with crab
My husband, my 3 month old baby and I ate dinner at Fat Cats and the food and service from everyone there was fantastic. Our server, Martin, was one of the best we’ve had in a very long time. He was so friendly, attentive, and gave us great food recommendations. When we arrived, they offered to seat us outside and brought us a heater so we’d feel comfortable on a chilly evening. We will definitely be coming back next time we’re in town!
Food was good, huevos rancheros was delicious. Server was friendly and I'm Only giving 3 stars for service because it wasn't super busy but I never had my coffee refilled or asked about it, when it's breakfast being served and coffee is around my pet peeve is no refilling. Definitely a fun little spot for food.
Visited for the first time this morning. I am celiac and vegetarian, and the staff were amazing helping me find something I could eat! My group ordered a variety of different items, and everybody was very happy and very full by the end of the meal. Portions were very generous, and staff members all went above and beyond to make our experience great! Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Huge outdoor patio but wouldn't let my dog come in to sit with us at the table outside we were there on a day that nobody else was eating outside on the patio so left to go someplace else
The best breakfast joint in Port San Luis. Benedicts are great. House made hollandaise. Great hash-browns.
The service was excellent. The food took some time to arrive, but that was worth the wait. The burger I ordered was well cooked, and the bacon was crisp. The fries were great. They came out hot and fresh. I only wish it came with a little more salt.
Chili Verde Omelet was great. Good food and service.
Avila Beach February 6th, 2023 My Grandson and I spent the day together... we drove to Avila Beach to have lunch at Fatcats. He had never been to Fatcats and I hadn't been there in years... our burgers were cooked to perfection, and delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and the restaurant was as I remembered, it hadn't changed at all. Wonderful time spent with my Grandson, a lot of laughs, and many conversation topics. It was a beautiful day, the 🌞 was shining, and the Pacific Ocean 🌊 was such a beautiful blue. Thank You Fat Cats
An old favorite... buuut this visit the restaurant smelled bad inside and the clam chowder did not appear overly hot, however it was so hot it literally burned a layer of skin off of the roof of my mouth. Seriously painful!
