The process in the drive thru is a mess. Waited awhile and 2 cars got ahead. Employee finally came out. Took for ever to get our drinks. Got the drinks wrong. Not impressed. Wont be back
This is the slowest Dutch Bros I have ever been to. Over 45 minutes for two drinks. Multiple people tried to leave the line but were trapped. Terrible.
Love this place!!! Better than Starbucks by far! Kids are funny, polite, creative and know how to please customers!
Friendly staff, but slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Just asked for black coffee, but apparently they don’t have already made brewed coffee at a coffee shop?? This is puzzling . . . 30 minutes for black coffee 🤨

We’ll color me unimpressed. The whole process took almost 1/2 hour to get a watery, incredibly mediocre beverage. Got a dirty chai (chai latte with a shot of espresso) and it was like drinking sweetened bath water. Literally no drink in the world is worth that kind of wait to me, let alone this. The only reason I’m actually drinking it is because I don’t want to waste the $6-7 I paid for it. Maybe it was just an off day because it was busy, but I won’t be trying it again.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and made it delicious drink! The wait might have been a little bit long but the interaction was actually worth it

For those looking to stray away from the over commercialized starbeeze... this is the next up and coming! Dutch Bros. is my new favorite coffee shop! With a menu that has all that you need, and QUALITY without wallet busting $$$, you won't be disappointed! For me, the cold brew is where it's at! If you are a cold brew fanatic as I am, these people do it RIGHT! And their heavy cream! Fellow Keto peeps, this stuff is PURE! A nice bodied brew and the creamiest of creams. Not only that, but the staff.... What a fantastic group of people. They are having fun WHILE they work and that makes the experience even more enjoyable for the customer. Kids options, blended, holidays, iced and hot options and for those needing some energy, they've got energy drink options for you too! I can't wait to come back and visit next time we are in the area. SHOUT OUT to Dutch Bros AG!
It's like SLO County went on a hunt to find the best people in the county t9 work here. They are so kind and uplifting. I have gone here as a treat to myself when I'm having a tough day and the people here literally turned my whole day around and brought me to joyful tears. Absolutely nothing but love for the employees here. ❤️
Have been to this location a few times and always leave happily caffeinated. Both cold and hot drinks are excellent. Great customer service. If lines are long the wait is about 15 minutes while someone is out there taking orders and payment via cash, app, or card. You get to the window and have a quick chat with the friendly staff while your drink is made and quickly handed off to enjoy.

Employee chattiness lost customers. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. In the drive thru line, we watched the employee in the window chatting with the car in front of us and continued to chat even after delivering the order to the driver. There seemed to be a great conversation happening between them but zero haste or regard for others waiting in line. Customer service at Dutch brothers should consider respecting other’s time. I took my whole family to get coffee here but ended up leaving the drive thru line before getting to the window.
Did I miss something? When I first started coming to this Dutch Bros they had staff outside taking orders to speed up the drive thru line since the wait can be long otherwise. I haven’t been here in a few months but, was in town and figured I’d drop by. I waited in the drive thru for 25-30 minutes to get a drink. This isn’t an eatery. It’s a coffee place that is known for quick drive thru and very friendly staff. Is the franchise owner just not care to hire extra staff or do they just not care about their staff? This is not what Dutch Bros is about. Go elsewhere since it’s clear you won’t get helped here unless you have an hour to kill.
Multiple employees walking around doing nothing while joking and screaming and socializing. Meanwhile waiting half an hour for a drink that I'm pretty sure the employees forgot about. On a separate note usually walking in is faster at most dutch bros location but the parking lot here is so small and 1 way that you have to wait for the drive thru line to get out of the parking lot even if you go in and order. Normally have a great time at dutch bros and expect fast service, but the employees at this location are on another level of incompetent.
