Amazing coffee, great baristas!!
Best coffee + vibes in town.
Hands down, consistently the best coffee I've ever had.
This has become my go-to coffee spot whenever I'm on the coast. Everything here is delicious.
Coffee is great. Pastries are on point and always stocked (even later in the day). Friendly service and clean accommodations to enjoy with friends.
Best coffee in the 5 cities, hands down. My favorite is their capp, but the mocha is a wonderful treat
THE BEST, I repeat THE BEST café in the area The service is outstanding, the place is vibrant and the coffee would awake all your senses It's that good The owner is friendly and the staff really helpful I Drive 1h every time to get a good coffee and this place just hits the spot everytime Big +++: locally owned business where everything is made there and supports other local business Win Win Win No more chain bad coffee, yaaaay the banner is THE place to go
great coffee!
Hands down, my favorite coffee shop in the area. Excellent, meticulously made coffee, friendly people, and a good place to chill/work.
Smoothest iced coffee ☕️ & friendly service!
Friendly staff. Very welcoming. My fiancé and I ‘s go to spot to work on business stuff. The coffee is good of course
Friendly, relaxed vibe and the coffee is okay. I’m super picky - coffee could have been hotter, need a waste basket next to sweeteners and stir sticks, more seating that could be made comfortable with cushions.
Best drip coffee
My favorite coffee shop in the 5 cities! Their teas are the best I've had in years too. And the dining room is huge and spacious with lots of space to work. Nicest people.
Slow AF. Mainly due to them being extremely friendly to their existing regulars that they chat up at the counter for literally 5 minutes, while we're waiting behind them the whole time, before they place an order and keep the line moving and take our order. One person was taking orders and another being the barista and we ordered 2 iced lattes. 10 minutes later the line clears and the person taking orders finished making a drink and goes to chat with customers as the original barista goes to clean tables. At that point no one was finishing our order and I go up to the counter and noticed only 1 of our lattes were done with the other cup empty. The original barista cleaning tables noticed me checking for the order and rushed back to finish it, which I appreciate her noticing and doing so. After finishing the order, our name wasn't called but I came back to the counter and asked if it was for so and so. But right as I was asking, an existing regular talks to the barista and takes her attention away from me, and I had to ask her again, which she finally confirms and continues talking to the regular without skipping a beat. I'm not used to SLO culture, is this how it is? I don't sense the urgency and we felt non existent. In terms of the coffee, it was an bit bb bitter even after adding my own sweetener, usually does the trick but not for this coffee. I don't mean to post negative reviews but I felt compelled this time.
Banner. What can I say? Ryan has a permanent crooked smirky smile and greets me with a “what’s up dude?” Which literally makes my day better every time I walk in because these guys, Ben and Ryan, the coffee Boyzzz, are like the Zeus and Hercules of local coffee on the central coast. And Ben had Greek Godlike calves to pair from riding his bike all over the world. Their other employees are amazing as well. Brennan is like a happy cartoon character and Emma is as cool as a iced coffee cucumber. I go nowhere else for coffee. Why? Because I’m smart. Banner is where it is at. Not to mention I have stolen their Spotify playlist a few times over now.
People were friendly. Drinks just ok.
The coffee is amazing. Perfect place for a quick breakfast stop. Outside seating area is dog friendly
Great crafted coffee drinks, very tasty, and made right. Staff is also always very welcoming and friendly. Their pastry (5 or 6 options) are quite tasty as well and fresh. Ambience is modern and spacy and very enjoyable to sip a coffee. There are many "coffee shops" close by, Banner is top of the list
Great coffee, had a latte while I was in town and they know what they are doing. Lots of seating as well.
