The coffee itself is usually pretty good, the service is mediocre. Long lines and staff likes to just chat and chat away while the line continues to grow… I understand building rapport with your customers, but to an extent. When I went today, it was the staff member’s mom in line in front of me and she stayed there chatting for a while just laughing and joking away. Also, the prices have gone up significantly and is even more expensive than Starbucks. I got a Large 911- no modifications and it was almost $10. Absurd 🤦♀️
Whichever one you go to, they’ve got you!
The occasional long line, but have faith in the employees they get it moving pretty fast!
We stopped at Dutch Bros Coffee one Sunday and had very friendly service! Try the blended Mangonada Rebel!!
Love getting the vampire slayer rebel and the double rainbro black tea with 2 rebel shots! Always delicious!!
Kid with long blond hair took my order around 3:10 I. Drive through normally they give you the option to tip but he decided to tip himself with my card not give me the option to do so rapid tapping the screen after scanning my card with the chip reader! He also did it to few customers in line behind and in front of me. This is called stealing and theft tipping yourself off somebody’s card
30 minutes…30 minutes in line because the window person was flapping her jaw with people in line. After giving someone their drinks, I watched her talk for 5 minutes( not an exaggeration) with said person. I’m all about being friendly, but this is extremely excessive. Won’t be going back
People friendly and wonderful service. The coffee is magnificent and they have the best hot chocolate.
Two free drinks when i used my points Woohoo!!!
The worst part is when your paying and they ask for a tip and say NO pressure. The drink is are already expensive. Then they ask you personal questions.
I gave an absurd request involving straws and was met with outstanding customer service by a man with very groovy shades, 100/10
This was our first visit to Dutch Bros Coffee as we are new to the area. What a nice experience? I’ve seen long lines so we decided to see how it was. So happy we did. They had employees taking the orders while we were in line. The line moved quickly. The young man who took our order was so helpful. Everything was wonderful. Such excellent employees. Great job Dutch Bros. We will be back!
Got my order taken by a kid named Jake, horrible experience. Does not have good manners and his “humor” was demeaning and extremely rude. Hopefully this isn’t the kind of person that Dutch is proud of. Other friends have had a super bad experience with this broista as well.
The parking lot is a little difficult to get to, but the service is always quick and friendly.
I thought Dutch Bros. prided itself in hiring nice employees. This employee is a bully, to say the least. Over asking for soft top, this employee started (and continued) an argument over taking straws out of her hand, where she proceeded to get in my face saying, "you don't need to pull straws like that from my hand." In addition to that had the nerve to say, "WELL DID YOU PAY FOR SOFT TOP?!" This threw me off, and I was shocked over reminding them my order was incorrect. She continued picking a fight over this and further escalated the situation, mind you, while my son was in the car. I advised she does not need to talk to customers this way. In a smug and taunting manner, she pulls the, "DO YOU WANNA TALK TO MY MANAGER?!" Which is the telltale sign that there is no "real" manager on duty. When her manager came over, I told him his employees do not need to pick fights over soft top. He advised he would reach out to the manager and tell them about the situation and apologized profusely. Employees like this can ruin your day and your business's bottom line. Especially when customers enjoy coming to Dutch Bros. for tasty drinks. I hope corporate reads these reviews because this type of treatment is unacceptable! I have never met an employee like this who is proud of this type of behavior.
They put all their focus on the drive thru. I walked up and ordered. Then I watched the drive thru line grow and get shorter. I finally said something and the lady and took our order was not making our drinks but drive thru drinks. She finally made the drinks but was very rude about it and in the end stated, “The drive thru is faster.” I will never be back to this Dutch Bros!
Nor sure a drive through really has an atmosphere.
What more can be said about a Dutch Bros that hasn't been said? The staff is always over-the-top happy, the drinks are fun, and the lines move quickly.
Good service, nice atmosphere, but its more like candy than coffee. The names should be Dutch School age children Coffee
The drinks are always top notch. The service is the best.
