Cool place, but my first time, and they messed up my order. They were busy, too.
Nice staff. The Irish cold coffee was really good and the raspberry toasted pastry was delicious.
They are always fast and friendly. This is a great location to hang out at as well.

Worst business by far manager was rude disrespectful and racists and inconsiderate of there customers after waiting ridiculous business I definitely WILL NOT SUPPORT ANYMORE Kelsey and Kendra are rude and are terrible employees absolutely ridiculous do not waste your time here any drivers staff is the laziest worst tiny boppers spoiled arizona brats that definitely don't know the meaning of business in any way shape or form
Fast service quality people. Coffee quality is on point.
Always fast friendly service. Coffee is consistent on how it is made. Love the blackout hot or cold. Food is less desirable. Looks really good but lacks flavor. Could not taste banana in the banana cake. No blueberry taste with the blueberry scone.
Please get better chairs. These chairs inside are awful for anyone who doesn't have a small hip width. That includes most men, and a huge portion of women. The tall chairs are hugely uncomfortable, and I've often seen people standing at those tables instead of sitting. You're an excellent business, and people come anyway, but you are losing a large section of clientele because of the issues with chairs. One quick fix, and you might actually steal everyone from Starbucks.
This black rock is pretty great! Super friendly employees, good drinks, nice atmosphere.
Forgot one of my drinks so I had to go back, and wait in line all over again so inconvenient. Also should let people know when they’re making substitutions to signature drinks. Example if you’re out of darigold chocolate milk for caramel truffle let people know. Drinking chocolate syrup. Drink was trash, and a waste of money!
I used to be in love with BR, but lately the last few times I went my order was incorrect and very backed up drive thru. Staff have been friendly and I appreciate the reward system. Their donuts are good 😊
This is not a bagel. Been going here for years without problems. Always get coffee with a plain, toasted bagel with cream cheese. They were always delicious with an awesome whipped cream cheese. I found myself going more than usual because I found them so good. Today I found out the hard way that they changed to some other company for bagels (when I went back to tell them they got my order wrong they informed me). This is not a bagel, it's a round dinner bread roll. It's not dense like a bagel, it's light and airy and tastes like bread. The cream cheese is now basically sour cream. The coffee is still good but I'm very disappointed in the "bread roll". Won't be going as much now.

Staff nice. Lobby and bathroom clean. Just every time we get coffee from here it is just not good unfortunately. Very pricey.

Lattes are good, if a little sweet, but better than the big chains. Food is okay, not as fresh as I had hoped. Wait staff is outstandingly friendly and service is fast. It wasn't very busy at the time I was there. The interior looks great and is very clean and inviting.
Black Rock is an excellent option for coffee in the area. I just wish they had more locations outside of the valley. The coffee is delicious though and there are so many options! I also love the Italian sodas. I haven't had many of their food items, but I would anticipate them to be on par with most coffee shops. The part that makes Black Rock a top pick for me above most coffee chains is that the staff is always friendly. They always converse with me while I wait for my drink in the drive thru instead of ignoring me like some popular coffee chains. I have not once regretted anything I purchased here, which is saying a lot because I'm not usually one to try new things but I try to branch out at this particular coffee place because everything so far has been delicious.
I love Black Rock. I make sure that I go there every time that I visit Arizona.
