My girls surprised me with BOSA donuts this morning for Mother’s Day- and BOSA never disappoints! They are the best melt in your mouth donuts! A large selection for everyone to choose from, I highly recommend!
Lady at the counter was super friendly and my daughter and I will definitely go back to pick up some more donuts.

The staff here was very friendly. The donut holes were good. The honey dew boba drink was amazing.

This is one of my favorite locations. Too bad I moved to another state. When are you guys going to branch out into northern Missouri?? Seriously though, whenever I visit I have to come to Bosa. Their donuts and croissant sandwiches are seriously the best! Keep being awesome :)
Stopped on our way to a Sunday outing to pick up 1 & 1/2 dozen donuts....WOW thought I may have bought something gourmet for how much they cost. $25!!! It would have been worth it had they not been dry. The lady behind the counter was incredibly difficult to hear. She was wearing a mask, but I could not understand her at all. I ended up just pointing to what I needed. I would not go back here again. Overpriced mediocre donuts. We've been to the BoSa by Luke AFB as well, and they are all the same for quality. On to the next place. Two stars for having a wide selection of donuts. Cleanliness of the store could be better. The counter where you pay was cluttered and dirty.

If I could give Bosa 0 Stars I would! Read the many negative reviews. Most if not all, are the same complaints: NO place to sit & relax, looks like a storage room, flies, bugs, rude unenthusiastic service, rushed, dirty, list goes on. I'm sure some of the positive reviews just happened to be a good day, doesn’t negate the negative which should be self-explanatory! Comparable to other donut stops out there, Prices are double if not double & half! Do your research. Not worth the drive near or far. This location (Power/ChandlerHeights) Needs an overall on their entire establishment. Truly the numerous stuff everywhere is a simple task, that clearly has been sitting, used as a storage for years and no thought or consideration to customers- with that said I'd be lereyrey of their sanitary procedures! LOOK UP AND AROUND BRING SPRAY! CUSTOMERS ARE RIGHT, SAFTEY CONCERNS HERE! Another lost customer!

My 80 year old mother went to this Bosa location last Wednesday September 28th, 2022 where she was a customer and bought some donuts. She also locked her keys and phone in her car. After a nice stranger let her use his phone to call me her daughter, I set up a roadside assistance for her to key her only set of keys out of her car. Being as she was a customer of this store for many years, she asked if she could wait inside the store as it was almost 100 degrees out. The worker inside said NO!!! My 80 year old mother with kidney disease was forced to wait outside in the sun next to her car resting on a column every once in a while. when I found this out I called the next day and was outraged. I will Not Be Going to A Bosa Donuts anymore!!!
Always great customer service and delicious donuts!
Make sure you get there early on Sunday or Saturday because there will be a line and they run out of certain donuts. But I can tell you the donuts that they do have tastes really fresh and are not stale at all. They even last a few days at our house. The staff is always polite but busy and talk is short as they want to move the customers along.
