Ok this is the 3rd time this has happened so I am leaving this review. I used to always come here for the rich bold black iced tea. The last few times I've tried, this is what I get. As you can see, the color isnt the light burgandy of a black iced tea. It looks more like water with a little tea added, and unfortunately that's what it tastes like. Tea is easy to make perfect everytime if someone knows the water to tea ratio when brewing and times the brew to get the right strength. This will get dumped out, yet again because it tastes like water and I wanted and paid for tea. Management please figure this out.
Tried it and fell in love with their tea. Update on evening baristas, changing my 5 star to a 1. Went here to get a chai at 8:20 on a Wednesday night (04/05/23) and said they were out of chai. Then I ordered a blue berry pomegranate latte and it was the most watered down latte. Seems like they just didn't care although they had 30 mins before they got out. Seeing from other reviews there is a common trend of evening crew being awful 😞
For a retail store, this place is Definitely NOT friendly or warm in providing svc. I interacted with 3, the owner & 2 employees. Never a smile or a thank you. They made it clear that it was a nuisance to take an order. Secondly, they didn't stay with me to get the entire order. Not a pleasant place Update 4 1 23: the unfriendly environment has changed! Seems there are all new faces today, friendly, alert, welcoming. Nice.

Friendly staff, quick service, and amazing coffee! Highly recommend the cookie butter iced coffee.

The food was okay, the drink was meh, but the service wasn't good. I ordered and noticed a family coming in after me. Their drinks were made immediately and I didn't hear my name called at all. I waited some more and noticed my food was done, my name still not called. I walk up and ask if it's mine and they say yes. Then once I took my food they started to make my drink. It wasn't started when I ordered, it started when I walked up after a family ordered and got all of their drinks. They weren't busy at all, one person was there in front of me and one person sitting at a table, the drive thru was not packed. I could understand if it was busy that things get lost, but when it's empty?
Stopped in on a whim after shopping at Barnes & Noble and grabbed a nice coffee. This is the first time I've been here and I'm not real familiar with their coffee but the one I had tasted gritty. I've been to other coffee places and haven't had any of my coffees taste that way. The person with me also ordered an iced coffee that they didn't finish either because it didn't taste great.
Barista was not very kind. Also, she let us order, get our coffee and let us get comfy at the table THEN came and told us there lobby closed at 7
This is our go to coffee shop on Sunday mornings. They are open early so we can get up and go right away. Love the Vietnamese cold brew and winter dream!
Pros: Nice selection of coffees and teas. The service was excellent. Our lattes were satisfactory. There is plenty of convenient parking. Cons: Loud music was annoying, so we sat outside. A cold wind blowing so we didn't stay long.
Kept clean, staff is either friendly or doesnt really notice you, kind of always rushing but the coffee is good and wifi is free :)
This is our neighborhood coffee shop. Love the people. Love the atmosphere.
The pumpkin chai is phenomenal
This is the best coffee place I've ever expeirenced. However, they show up on doordash with offers, promotions - yet they aren't accepting doordash offers and haven't for the past few months. Awfully deceptive and disgusting... I miss it. But they are falsely advertising and making it hard to order for them. Odd business move...
Great coffee, friendly service. Manager is amazing! Local feeling neighborhood coffee shop (even though it's a large chain). Cookie butter is a pretty amazing sweet treat.
Always prefer a local place when possible. Good coffee and tea drinks. Plus the original ice blended drinks. A pleasant place to work as well.
They really need to lower the price of their breakfast burrito. $6 is ridiculous. Its basically a $2 gas station burrito. Its small and feels like you're chewing on Styrofoam.
Never again. Put in an order using uber and they arrived with a fraction of my order. Called the store and was Shocked by a person who handled the call named Illias. First thing he says with attitude "what do you want me to do" then he asked me to return the partial order and pick up the missing drinks which won't work I'm at work and I ordered delivery! Then I said I was upset that out of 9 items we got only three drinks and two food items and that my total $82 and I felt jipped.. He sarcastically says "I don't know how 9 items total $82 but ok" .... Dude fees and uber up charge of course and what does that have to do with you guys messing my order up and me only getting 5 items out of 9???? I eventually asked for a refund and he wasnt helping with that so I asked his name and he danced around giving it so I demanded his name and he said Illias and then hung up on me without helping me!!!! Never again will we bring our office business here! And I really hope you can pull the call and hear how absolutely horrible he handled this. Also the drinks we got were melted and seperating because the guy didn't know to go into the building to find the suite we were in so yeah yuck. Also buyer beware their $6+ breakfast items are those paper wrapped tiny refrigerated burritos that they actually send cold. This isn't the first time we have had issues I just got shafted today being the one to order for everyone.....
The coffee is really good. The price is great. Wonderful place to gather with friends every Tuesday! There is also a drive through.
