My experience was there was so many people shopping and only one cashier today. So many people left their items and left the store just like I did. And there's never an employee around for questions or help you find certain items.
Very happy about my pillow purchase but it's just another store nothing to write @home about. Hehe!
Disappointed with selection, high prices and low quality of many of the items there.
I deducted a star because my hubby and I needed assistance and the first employee I saw, turned and walked away after I waved at her; she was looking right at me so I don't believe this was an oversight on her part. After going through the store's website my hubby determined they had it in stock and located it on the upper shelf. We found a young man who was super nice and was clearly happy to help.
I always think of this place when I think of home decor. It is so fun to shop here during the holidays and seasons. Everything is super asthetically pleasing. It is very clean and well designed. You definitely don't get lost and always find something. ♡ I always reccomend here.

Went to shop for Christmas cards and they didn't have any. They have had them every year since they opened. 😟
There was not a lot of inventory this time. Lack of wall canvases and accent chairs to choose from.
Free In Store Pickup was clearly marked, but the cashier kept asking for other customers in the main line. When I asked about picking up on online order, she pointed to the back. Won’t ever order from here again.
