Only been here once but it was great service and even better nice hot donuts

A dozen glaze donuts cost 15$.The manger sold them to me for 23$ !!!!!!! Poor service and bad management . 15$ for the place and 8$ for his pocket !!!!!!!

Recently visited this location and had a bad experience. The lady at the drive through speaker was very unpleasant and the guy at the window was just as bad. I don't know if it's hard to find good employees or what's the problem, but there is no excuse for poor customer service.

Very fast service. Spacious inside with a comfortable lobby.

Go to store today at 2:00 pm and they have no original glazed doughnuts, say it will be an hour. Really? How would you ever run out of your number one selling product that you make in-house? Unbelievable.

I went to this Krispy Kreme today 5/19/2023 I asked for a three-pack of glazed and a Hot Caramel mocha. I felt bad for the lady because the creamer was empty and she had to go back to the storage room to get it and it took a little while to get it and now there is a line of people waiting. And when she handed me my drink it was cold. If you look closely in my picture you'll see ice in my HOT Caramel mocha. So no my order wasn't correct.

Really! Donuts cost that much now. They were good and fresh but 15 bucks? For a box....

So glad they are fully open for business! Great customer service and the best donuts!

Want to charge outrageous price for cold donuts... I drive to your store to get hot fresh ones if I wanted cold ones I'd go to dang Walmart

I’ve given this place too many chances but I’m done. I tried multiple times for multiple days to place an online order to pickup for my sons birthday. The app and site were not working so I thought I’d just go early and order 2 dozen glazed at the counter. Surely that is basic enough for a donut store to handle. Well, I arrive and there was nobody else in the lobby, a couple of cars in the drive through and I place my order. The worker takes my order and walks around the completely empty donut assembly belt a couple of times, and returns to tell me it will be 30 minutes before I can get 24 glazed donuts. She said they’d had a high demand this morning. So, the donut shop that has been in business for many years still cannot plan for demand. I’ll never return to this chain after this experience. The local options are a little more expensive but definitely worth it.

A JOKE LOL!!! Worst KKD location in the world. Turning customers away that put in mobile orders hours ago. LOCKING CUSTOMERS IN THE BUILDING (FIRE CODE!!!!!) OUT OF RASPBERRY AND LEMON FILLED??? MAKE SOME!!!

Waited 5-10 minutes PER CAR in drive through. Ordered on the speaker, was told $16. Got to the window, they didn’t have any idea what I had ordered. Then I gave them the SAME order and was told $26

Received order totally different from the one I placed at drive thru. I think they just give you whatever, then you get an unpleasant surprise when you arrive home. I'm not sure what has happened to Krispy Kreme. It used to be so good.

Sat through traffic and took us at least 45 mins earlier this week just because we were craving Krispy Kremes donuts especially the warm fresh glazed. But sadly we started to dig-in once we got back to the car and the spring minis were pretty dry inside!!! They probably have been sitting at least for days!!! Waste of my $17. Plus tax!!! Really disappointed.

Quick service in the drive thru and the person working was very nice. Just don't get the coffee, it's no good.

The quality of the donuts is consistent as it is at most Krispy Kremes, but the service at this location is consistently terrible. It is the slowest Krispy Kreme that I have ever visited. I've given it many chances, but I've decided to finally leave a negative review. This morning I went to get a dozen for co-workers before work and I walked in the store. Only one person was in front of me, I was asked for my order almost immediately. Immediately. I told the young man a dozen glazed hot (they were running on the conveyor belt at that time). He said okay. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes while no one else looked at me. He then grabbed a cold box of a dozen donuts that had been sitting there the entire time and I paid. I do not understand the process here. I would have been willing to wait 15 minutes for hot fresh donuts, if they were busy and trying to fill other orders. But to have me stand there for 15 minutes and then grab a box that could have been handed to me immediately is ridiculous. Not to mention they were no longer hot. I always hesitate before coming to this location, even consider driving all the way to 280 to have a better experience. Add 10 to 15 minutes to your expected experience before coming to this location. I hope it improves in the future.

The line was super long. Halfway through I decided to go in. I get to the door and it's locked and it says drive-thru only please. Needless to say I didn't get Krispy Kreme. This happens often.

Best place to go to eat some donuts sometimes we all need a little break from Dunkin Donuts!!🍩

The local shop is not temporarily closed. The one on HWY 280 is permanently closed. All signs removed and building for sale
