Krispy Kreme

Oh boy, what a find 🔎. It has been years since I had seen a doughnut place, making the doughnuts, in house. They were so very fresh and tasty. The atmosphere was definitely family-oriented. Mostly all kids we're waiting on people and they did a good job, of it. You could stand at the glass windows and watch from the mixer to the racks, the filled and the glazed, they were right there, so yummy. You can watch them get glazed or filled or sprinkled, then boxed or put on the selves. It definitely the high light of my morning. Thank-you, Krispy Kreme.

I’m not sure what the bad reviews are about! I ordered at the drive thru after driving 45 miles to this Krispy Kreme (since it’s the only one in western PA) and received my order fast. The doughnuts were hot and fresh! Jaden served me and was very friendly and nice! I would definitely make the drive back again sometime!!

It is a donut factory you could see the donuts getting made live. Also get a dozen Donuts, they have coffee and soft drinks. The place smells like sugar is in the air. Be sure to stop by anytime driving through Washington. Atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Mother's Day visit! We drove over an hour to get donuts. We normally get 6-8 dozen donuts. Their cases were practically empty and the employees were standing around and acted rude and disgusted anytime we asked a question about the donuts. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Very disappointed! I love Krispy Kreme donuts and had my free dozen to redeem on the app. The donuts had very little glazed on them. Hope they fix their donuts.

The only reason why I gave a 1 star is because of the black female employee rude as anything I had an online order my husband also wanted a order via in store this woman got so rude with us it wasn't even right then she started laughing about it we talked withe the supervisor on duty which was very nice the girl who waited on me was pleasant as well if the black female doesn't want 2 work with the public then she needs 2 go home very bad experience

Absolutely atrocious customer service at the counter.

Update: We absolutely won't be returning and we do not recommend this location. In fact, avoid it at all costs. We sent in an undercover reviewer to this location and what he saw, we assumed was a joke. Unfortunately, it wasn't. We witnessed one of the most shocking experiences from his camera. One of the divas behind the counter must have failed to take his medication and was absolutely out of his mind. He was caught mocking an elderly customer right in front of her knowing that she was hard of hearing and the other employees were actually laughing at his behavior. This is truly sad. This unfortunately is the state of a lot of small restaurants that are just trying to give kids a chance by employing them. The modern parenting experiment is now showing actual results as these kids are now old enough to enter the workforce. It's a zoo. It's seemingly ruining the future for us all. Combine this with lack luster products, under stocked shelves, and employees who are seemingly overworked or desperately hate their jobs, and you get this location. Take a skim through the rest of the reviews for this location, they all have the same theme. Avoid at all costs.

Always out of donuts. Went early morning and they had only a few donuts to choose from. Place needs better management.

They were out of like half of everything. Couldn’t get any Biscoff donuts cause they were out. The iced coffee tasted like it was literally just chocolate milk. Had to go to another place after to get coffee for caffeine since their ice coffee was basically just milk and sugar.
