Krispy Kreme

Ordered boston cream but received the white cream filled but didn't realize until breakfast the next day. Called the store & they apologized & asked when I'd be in so they could make it right. My daughter was delighted with her donuts & I with the customer service.

The doughnuts were the only thing that was ok . There were 5 employees and we were the only customers. The place was filthy. There were dozens of dead flies and bees on the window sills ( which are wide and open to the seating) . Every table was dirty . The floors needed swept badly. The ladies room looked like bomb went off in there and hadn't been cleaned in days. This is my second bad trip into the store. I'm not going back at this point.

"Living in the past.... literally" just a PSA for this Krispy Kreme! Your clocks seem to be 10 minutes behind, because when I stopped by at 5:58 according to my cell phone, the drive through person informed me that their clocks said 5:48 and that they didn't open for another 12 minutes. Unable to stay for almost 15 more minutes, because your clocks were behind 10 minutes, I was not able to get a dozen donuts to enjoy! Oh well!

Updated July 19, 2019: Stopped here around 6pm on the way to Pittsburgh en route NYC for my 60th birthday and grabbed a couple of the special KK Birthday Doughnuts. Pure sugar overload and worth every calorie. Yum! Lots of doughnuts in the display cases. Good service, polite, she even wished me a Happy Birthday.

Updated May 26, 2019: Seriously? If your MAIN advertising campaign is that of the Summer Doughnut collection, they should always be hot off the press, so to speak. But to completely run out of them is ridiculous, especially when given the excuse “We’ve been busy”. Make more! Always be making more. Half of your display cases should be filled with all three of these Summer doughnuts in constant supply. And there’s a difference between an excuse and a reason. Tired of hearing excuses from this store. From three different staff today, including the manager on duty. What they did have on hand I can get from my local Walmart in West Virginia. By time I left they were putting out trays of the Key Lime doughnut. Too little too late. Even the guy standing next to me in line said he was disappointed. He had really wanted to Strawberry doughnut. This place could be run better by a class of 5th Graders.

Updated April 14, 2019: The General Manager seemed every bit of annoyed that he had to come up front to ring up the 10% MILITARY discount on my $45 order of the Spring / Easter specialty doughnuts, to which I had ordered four dozen in advance and picked up on the way back to West Virginia from seeing a show in Pittsburgh. The entire front of the store crew just seemed meh, standoffish, and barely polite. It wasn’t that the place was swamped with customers at 3:30pm. Not sure why they didn’t have better, friendlier customer service today. As the General Manager rung me out and handed me the change, it was I who had to say “It was a pleasure doing business with you”, not him offering any thanks for my being there. I love their doughnuts, but maybe it’s time quit this place.

Review from March 15, 2019: Tasty GREEN doughnuts for St. Patrick’s Day, my second visit here in one week while traveling back and forth between WV and Pittsburgh. Can’t ever have enough doughnuts!

What is there not to like. The doughuts are made at the place you get your doughnuts and not frozen from a place off site. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts come with different toppings like chocolate, strawberry, glazed or filled with raspberry, icing and custard. The have apple fritters too. Not to mention coffee, frozen drinks, milk, and juice. I was wait on right away and the counter person was nice and friendly.

Great place to grab a doughnut and a cup of coffee. Clean eating area, well decorated in modern fashion with a throwback to doughnut shops of long ago. Only complaint would be the bathrooms. They are frequently not clean. They stand out from the otherwise clean atmosphere.

This place is beautiful. Diner, classic, those are the keywords. Easily best one I’ve been. Or robably will be. I saw the donut shop by here in a dim light setting. The fresher Kris Kreme appealed much more greatly. The building is it and really is all just Krispy Kreme. Saw and thought they would have plenty of space They don’t disappoint in saying KKmskes good donuts. (Like the plain classic glazed is better than it seemed. It was fresh and hot.
They have dessert drinks as well.

They must make donuts and pastries with high accuracy with flavor and onsistency
Pumpkin flavor though is not much to taste. It could be this shop or batch but due to reasons listed above.
Pumpkin donut no Creme and creams glazed not quite plain. With lot of things tried pumpkin frappuccino or whatever. They frozen or melted or warm or cold really do. It taste much pumpkin. Probably you need sauce/syrup to make more flavor of pumpkin or just settle on plain order. Pumpkin hot drink not do it however probably a lil bit different.
Cinnamon actually has a bit of sauce or filling glaze type. It just plain puffed of bread inside. Birthday is more looks really I side is just too much creme cake not cupcake quality whipped. Chocolate filled or those flavors are for everybody try. I didn’t even know they exist.

Whenever traveling, we like to stop by the Washington PA location to get doughnuts to take to family members out of town. It's a bonus when we see the light on. But on our visit last night the light was on, so we were excited to get a hot glazed doughnut. But to our disappointment they told us they didn't give you a complementary doughnut when the light was on. So why have the light on then. Very disappointed.
