Casali's Grille

Friendly staff, but mediocre food and overwhelmed servers made this a 3 star event at best. Well presented but over cooked calamari, followed by bland primavera did not excite me. The excellent house salad, comfortable hot soup and tasty pasta with peppers and sausage nearly saved the day but not quite. I'd probably only return if the place across the street was full.

Wait staff is very attentive and is always accommodating to all of their tables needs. The food was amazing, I got the Chicken Carbonara Ravioli and the Italian Wedding soup, it was amazing, I am from out of town, and I will definitely make sure to stop here again when I am back in St Marys!

Fettachini Alfredo with sausage was great pairing for the local Straub's Stellar Night. Just saying.

Been was a wonderful server with patience even though we had 10 minutes until kitchen closed.

It was cold in the eating area. When I ordered my meal, I created a pasta dish. It was a very small portion with one small bread stick for over $20. For that price, I would have expected it to be a larger portion. My husband ordered French fries and they were very salty.

Excellent burgers, great service, and the atmosphere is awesome! I have never had a bad meal here. Highly recommend the burgers, the steaks, and of course the pasta!

Spectacular food as always. We ordered take-out via their online-app. The server brought our order to our vehicle, and she was properly wearing her mask.

Great little casual Italian restaurant! The Shrimp Diablo was so good it that my plate was wiped clean before I realized it. The salad was a (happy) surprise of spring mix, no iceberg in site! Try the homemade parmesan peppercorn dressing - I was dipping my bread in it! Sports bar atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff and great food at reasonable prices!

Hands down the best food in Elk County and consistently excellent service.

Looking for a great Italian meal when we were in town. Checked the web and found Casali's Grille. We went there and found that they were closed for a family event. A sign was posted on the door. There was no mention on their website, that I saw, that they'd be closed. So Disappointed! Not great customer service as I have read on other reviews. Jeff??

Had 5pm reservations and at 630pm a member of the wait staff informed us that it would be at least 30-45 minutes until we were served our order. As we walked out of the restuarant, not a single table of patrons had food. Some arrived before us and some after.
