The Kind Cafe

Love this little hometown cafe! Delicious food and coffee.

Our food was wonderful! I had the Mushroom Lyn, but The Honeybee (with bacon) was the standout! My iced coffee with milk was also lovely.

They have unique drinks & food. Such a comfortable atmosphere.

I was struggling to find a fresh sub shop around here. I am from Atlanta, where they are everywhere. However, up here, it is hard to find and Subway is not food.

Then someone told me about this place and I had their Apple Walnut salad. Yeah. I now have my salad/sandwich place. I can't wait to eat my way through their menu.

All of it was exceptional. Unique place. Really good food. Great coffee's!

Every small town needs a quirky coffee shop. We are glad we stopped by for a visit. If we went to school here, we'd hang out here.

First time here. Over 45 minutes waiting to get a few paninis with side salads after we ordered. My sandwich and my daughter's were good, though very greasy. My husband said his chicken was very, very tough. It's an okay place, but I will not eat here again.

I grew up in Selinsgrove and have lived downtown for my whole life. The Kind has been a pillar of my childhood and have loved their food, drinks, and support of local art. They are not the cheapest but the quality is worth it. Great little cafe to catch up with friends and for dates. Love the owner and all the staff members.

Really great cafe with unique offerings. Tables outside to eat. Iced coffee had a good flavor and you have to tap your inner kid and try the Golden Monkey, it was awesome if you're a peanut butter and banana fan. Workers were friendly, but it was super busy, so be ready to wait a bit for your food, but it's worth it. Cool eclectic vibe inside. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Delicious lunch! I enjoyed the Sofia and a spinach salad and both were delicious. Other people with us had the Caesar wrap and a chicken sandwich as well as a ham one. The bread was very fresh.
Coffee was great too.
Perfect place for a Vegetarian!
