Went there for lunch today, although it was extremely busy, the staff were very friendly and the food did not take that long to get after placing an order. Beautiful building in the historic Petersburg section of Scranton.

This is a gem of a place that I'm surprised I haven't visited before. It's casual chic and comfortable. I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes 🥞 on special and the spinach/onion/cheese omelet with toast. The lemon flavor didn't overwhelm the pancake. I had a choice of one or two pancakes- a single was $4.95 but thankfully was filling. The omelet had an odd consistency with a lot of air pockets like a sponge... steam cooked too fast? That may have dried it out a bit but at least the spinach and cheese were cooked well.. they weren't just tossed into the omelet cold. I usually don't say anything great about coffee but theirs is REALLY good. I ordered decaf with hazelnut. I'd honestly just go back for a cup of coffee. There are a lot of flavor options too.
It's pretty popular so I'd prepare for 15-20 minute wait time

I tried the ricotta lemon pancakes. Very creamy with a nice lemon aftertaste. A unique menu and everything that everyone in my party tried was very good. They give you plenty to eat too. The place has a nice atmosphere and the staff was very nice. They have a wide variety of coffee to choose from. If I lived locally this would be a frequent stop for my family.

This place is amazing! Food is always fresh and so tasty. Breakfast is my personal favorite. Staff is great and friendly, and the decor and original store look being preserved is an awesome setting!

All previous posts about MM are spot-on. Delicious food, served in a timely manner by friendly staff. The building itself is beautiful- original tile and fixtures throughout. Worth making the detour off of I-81 although, at one point, you may feel that you are not on the correct road(for about one mile) you will get there shortly. We had breakfast today. The homemade biscuits and homemade sausage are both wonderful. Eggs were cooked just right. Will return in a few weeks to have lunch- very extensive menu.

Great spot for lunch in a quiet area of the city. The interior is reminiscent of a gentler age, with period details carefully preserved. Creative soups, and sandwiches with bakery and pastry items to satisfy your sweet tooth! Best coffee I've had in the city, will definitely be back!

Fresh roasted turkey for sandwiches that are served on a buttery croissant with pesto, wow. Super-fresh and high quality ingredients, friendly professional staff, and real-deal coffee house offerings. I had a redeye that was awesome. Highly recommended!

We ordered takeout lunch on Monday and the food was great. They did forget a side order in the bag but called us before we even knew to tell us and asked if we wanted to come back, offered us credit, or that they would simply bring it to us. Most places would only bother with any of that if we called to complain first. We were eating in the park and she brought it right to us along with some extras. Great place.
