Adda Coffee & Tea — Shadyside

Won't let you take their espresso drinks to go. Not because they don't have the capability, but because "presentation is part of the experience". Espresso should be enjoyed without unnecessary pomp and pretentiousness.

Though their coffee is some of the best to be had in Pittsburgh (I'm a Starbucks Gold Card Holder, so I know good coffee), I find their ceramic cup circumference:diameter ratio to be suboptimal. Hence, 3 stars.

Absolutely the best kolaches you can eat! It is by far a favorite place to go to very eespecially at very early in the morning. The staff is super friendly and they make you feel welcomed! Enjoy the deliciousness

Their chai is amazing. And I love the online ordering for pick up during covid. Helps me keep my distance while still getting a treat during me time

Very cool coffee house. The staff is kind and very helpful. It has a really relaxed atmosphere and is a fun place to hang out.

I liked it! Spacious, well lit, communal seating and urban simplicity at its finest. The drinks were good and fair priced, will definitely be visiting again.

Good coffee. Too pretentious for my taste. Won't let you take your pour over to go, and won't be nice about it either. If you are looking for a place to sit down and hang around for a while, this is a fine choice.

Got here on a Sunday around noon to get some work done with a friend. Had to wait a bit (about 10 minutes) for two spots to open up. It's a cute coffeeshop with a light blue theme going on.

Very cute coffee shop! They had a nice selection of hot tea that they serve loose leaf in the pot. Nice place to do some work
