Great location, awesome staff, fantastic drinks, smoothies and waffles. The owner, Tim, is great to work with and we’ve even held events at Top Hat with 50ish people and it’s a great time.

Great atmosphere and great food. Doesn’t get any better than that! Got an iced mocha with an angry waffle- they’re not wrong when they say their waffles are life changing!

We rolled in here with a giant group on Friday morning, and we were worried about overwhelming the only guy working but Vince absolutely crushed it!! Everyone got their orders and he was so kind and friendly. Definitely want to come back here soon with a smaller group to be able to take time and enjoy it.

I’ve probably ordered a latte at every coffee shop in Philly by now, but today when I tried one from top hat I took one sip and went “whoa.” Best espresso in the city!

The waffles are life changing. Super chill spot with plenty of room to post up and work. The playlists is also 🔥🔥🔥. Definitely my new go to spot.
