Placed an order for their roast beef sandwich and a chicken salad sandwich. Roast beef was hard to find between the bread roll slices, but loaded with onions. Horseradish sauce a non contender. Chicken sandwich falling apart at pick up. Place was raved about and this is why we tried it. Won't be back. They have a very high opinion of their operation, someone should clue them in.

The atmosphere was great. Really hipsterish but warm too. Employees were super nice. Food was great. It's was a great place to decompress after a busy day. We highly enjoyed ourselves there.

Lovely atmosphere! Fantastic food & coffee! Ordered the Classic Burger with Salt & Pepper Fries and a medium Vanilla Americano Coffee! Only complaint was it took at least 30 min or better to get the food.

Wonderful food and service. They use fresh, high quality ingredients that are evident in the taste and presentation of the food. The environment is also very inviting.

I love this coffee shop! One of my favorite seasonal drinks is the eggnog latte. They use the real eggnog not just flavorings. They also have the option for gluten free sandwiches.

Beautiful place with a botanical atmosphere. Food and drinks are always amazing! Definitely would be a daily stop if it was closer to home!

So delicious!!! And I can't have gluten so they kindly used gluten free bread to make my "wrap" instead of the actual wrap. Really appreciated it!!

The food is great and their house made coffee is as well. Only complaint is the staff isn’t always very personable.

Coffee and food was delicious. The brunch was phenomenal and good pricing. Highly recommend. The atmosphere is wonderful as well, so much greenery.

Great coffee and good food. But don't expect fast service.

Two recent experiences... 4:00 in the afternoon. No line when I got there. Place was mostly empty. Ordered a specialty coffee drink and cup of soup to go - waited 15+ min.

7:00 pm on a Friday night. They were still busy. Ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 specialty drinks. Took over 10 min for the drinks. Waited 45 min for the 4 sandwiches. Then 2 out of the 4 orders were wrong. One was close enough so we kept it. The other was supposed to be gluten free, so we had to send it back. They apologized but nothing was offered to offset the additional wait.

Overall, their food is good and it's got a very cool feel to the dining area. If you are there with friends and are not in a hurry - great place. If you are looking for efficiency, this is probably not your best bet.
