New Holland Coffee Company

I absolutely love the atmosphere and the coffee is great too! Also, their pastries are very delicious especially their pop tarts. However, their staff is not always the most friendly. I believe that the baristas really make up a coffee shop and of course the coffee too, but the baristas here are a hit or miss. You really have to go out of your way to be kind to them for them to be nice back. As it seems from other reviews that the staff may need to become a little more friendly for customers to feel more welcomed at such a wonderful place.

Great menu choice, and the quality of the food is very good. It is nice to come and see so many folks sitting and actually engaging with one another instead of being on the smart phone. It was also nice to see so many folks who did not fall for mainstream media and the narrative coming out of our government that masks actually work.

Every single time they make my non dairy drinks with milk. It's actually crazy because your going to make people with a lastose allergy sick.
I've literally just learned to smell it every time and everytime they have to remake it.

Honestly you would think this place has good service, but i can’t even recall the amount of times that my food has come back cold, messy, or taken too long. Their prices for food do not reflect the quality of their food. You would think because they are small company, they would put effort into their food quality but i could walk into Waffle House and get better food for a good price.

These guys are awesome! Good coffee, some quality pastries.

Update: my wife and I ate food from their dinner menu. I had the ranch chicken panini and My wife had the blackberry (I forget the other ingredients) sandwich. We also had the salt and pepper fries.

Both were A-MAZING.

A solid meal, perfect portions, and the drinks were good too! A definite plus in the Jew Holland Area.

I got a drink for myself and one for my mom. She really liked hers! It was a Hot Snickers Mocha. I got an iced caramel macchiato, and that was good, too. Not my favorite one ever, but good!
The inside of this place is amazing. The hanging plants everywhere are so pretty. Great place, the food looked fantastic. I saw someone's dish, and it's presentation was marvelous.

Wow! This place is beautiful! Me and my family fell in love and will be stopping here more often when visiting. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere, everythinggg was perfect! Even my 4 year old daughter loved it.

I love the quality of the food and the coffee, but that’s the only thing nhcc has going for them anymore. It used to be such a sweet hometown coffee shop with friendly staff and a comfortable environment. Now, I don’t even get greeted as I enter the door. Not one staff member acknowledged me until they finished what they were doing. Not even a “I’ll be right with you” as they finished their tasks. On top of that, they do not require masks to be worn. They may have a sign on the door, but they do not enforce it. In fact more people are inside the building WITHOUT a mask than people with a mask. I feel very unsafe in the establishment and took my food to go. It is not likely that I will return after this experience. I miss the old staff who were kind and engaging. It’s a shame that their growth has turned it into such a cold environment.

Great coffee shop. Awesome vibe. Lots of seating. Very good espresso and coffee. Friendly staff as well.

This place is awesome! Great atmosphere& menu options! They have real maple syrup! The best sweetener for coffee in my opinion! Rare for coffee shops to have this!
