Uptown Coffee

Great little coffee shop. Lots of options for drinks and sweets. During the post-3:00 rush, it's filled with school kids and can be a little crazy, but any other time it's very nice and peaceful. The Wi-Fi is great, and is another big draw to the place. Overall this is a great neighborhood coffee shop.

This place is just awesome. Awesome baked goods like muffins, cinnamon rolls, and banana bread. Even more awesome are the lattes. Never had a bad experience at Uptown and my wife and I are there everyday.

Love the vibes and coffee! They have soooo many baked good—however, I wish you had some vegan friendly options:)

Best biscotti cookies in the world. I like Enrico's but Uptown Coffee's are the best.

I can say after years of going to uptown coffee that you will find a variety of delicious baked goods and some of the best coffee. The lattes, cappuccino and corrado are excellent and the staff is super friendly.

Good people with smiling face. For halal food seekers, they have some choices, all the cakes, lemon bar and dark colored chocolate cookies don't include extract or pork based ingredients etc. But to make sure, you can ask the employee again. I had a great time with my friend and I loved so much apple cake! Definitely will come back

Great neighborhood gathering spot where everyone is welcome. Amazing coffee drinks. Wide selection of teas. Sinfully good milkshakes. And the baked goods... HIGHLY recommended.

Great place to meet friends!

Went her to meet with 6 others for a project. Had a great atmosphere. They have some gluten free and organic tea options. Cute bulletin board with local events is posted.

Hands down, no contest - Uptown has the best chocolate cake in Pittsburgh. It is delicious, not too sweet, perfectly frosted with ganache, and generously sliced. Coffee and tea drinks are great too, but none hold a candle to this magical cake.

Elizabeth's Uptown Coffee, years into business maintains such high level. So proud and thankful. Loved (again!) the amazing coffee apple cake.
