Great little place for a coffee and a piece of cake. Great live music all year round. Try the lemon bread.

This place must be run by the Fae. Everything is delicious. The espresso has a wonderful roasty flavor, without any bitterness. If coffee isn’t your bag, they have excellent matcha and rooibos lattes. They even have macadamia milk. Don’t even get me started on the pastries. Everything I’ve tried has turned out to be 3x better than I expected and it already looked good to begin with. Yesterday, I bought what I thought was an innocuous little shortbread cookie with a dollop of chocolate at the center. When I bit into it, I discovered it was peanut butter flavored! Absolutely delightful.

I figured it was time for an updated review. Cafe Isla is a great local gem. Awesome coffee and espresso, they use Maiden Coffee Roasters, nice selection of juices and sodas, and a great selection of baked goods, sweet and savory. Your can even order for take home.

The owners and staff are genuinely great, welcoming people, and I'm happy that they're part of the community.

Highly recommended!

I’ve lived in Media for 6 years and Cafe Isla is part of a daily routine for me. Evan and Rachelle are so kind. The food is always delicious and they make the best lattes.

It's under new ownership, so it was cool to see some improvement of the cafe's interior. Nice atmosphere but always busy on a nice sunny day. There was only one person making the drinks while more people were in the back so it took a little while to get a basic iced coffee and iced mocha. I'm sure it moves along fine when it's not as busy. If you don't mind the wait, the coffee is great!

The food is awesome, the drinks and pastries are top notch, and you can't beat sitting outside. Their baker is amazing and Cafe Isla is my current go to for amazing baked goods - brioche bread, cookies, coffee cakes, small tarts, granola, etc. they're all amazing.

Great coffee (regular) and bagel. Cookie not so much. Person I dined with did not enjoy their cappuccino. But others seemed to be enjoying their menu items. Nice outside seating and indoor atmosphere. Smells delicious when you walk in through wooden screen door. That was worth stopping in.

Good ambiance outside. But the food is average. The mocha i had did not have enough chocolate.

This store has a large variety of foods for those with dietary restriction a and the staff is always sweet to customers. The shop also feels very cozy and is nicely decorated. Cafe Isla also allows artists to display their art peices with prices around the cafe. However, the cafe gets easily crowded and because it is very small it can get loud quickly. There is a room with about 20 seats inside and more seating outside. Overall, though it can get easily cramped, Cafe Isla has wonderful staff and a great atmosphere with timely service usually 5 minutes to 10.

Great little place. Crowded but good, friendly crowd. It has a very good atmosphere. Staff is friendly. If you go often they'll know your name! Egg sandwich was tasty, latte was excellent, scones are over the top amazing!!
