My friend attended the Bluegrass and BBQ event hosted by City Team earlier this month where Heritage coffee beans were given to guests. My friend clearly loves me because she let me use her entire bag. I shared the coffee with a few other friends and it barely lasted an entire week. I had to get another bag this Saturday. I also purchased the Papua New Guinea coffee beans. I’m super excited to try them. Bonus points for the pastries from Crust Vegan Bakery!

Atmosphere is really cute, which it needs to be while you wait twenty minutes for your hot drink. Despite having 5 staff, only one person actually seemed to be doing anything? My hot chai latte was lukewarm at best, and the scone was so gross - like mealy and tasted like baking soda. Also, they don’t have a mask requirement so nobody but staff was wearing masks.

Oh where do I begin? If you’re for month but today I’m compelled to write a review because of the grilled kimchi cheese sandwich. Holy cow the attention to detail. Finishing salt and black sesame seeds. Grilled to the perfect crunch! Not too much cheese that it drowns the flavor of the kimchi and perfect spice. Everything I’ve gotten here has been perfection. This is a great hidden gem! Super friendly staff and a cute coffee shop. They were super friendly and nice. I wasn’t a big fan of the taste of their espresso, it was a little bitter for my taste, but I would definitely go there again!

I don’t drink coffee but they have many other beverage options. Chia pudding is yummy and I also enjoy their smoked salmon sandwich.

I loved it! The staff was really helpful and super nice !. I only with they had some grateful dead playing and it would have been off the charts. 😉

I used to love this place for coffee and matcha, but recently when I’ve been there, the plant based milks ruined my drinks. The milk is gritty and tasteless. My advice to them would be to just buy the store brand plant milks since they combine and taste better with their drinks. I spent $6 on a matcha drink the other day, just to throw it in the garbage because it was so unpleasant to drink. The sweeteners sound good also, but they taste so artificial that it’s not good. Love the atmosphere though, and their beans are great. The lady who runs the place also has BEAUTIFUL plants that she treats like they’re her babies. Absolutely gorgeous plants.

The toasts are always amazing but the coffee has gone downhill. The drinks are overly sweet and the baristas have been burning the milk. I keep trying to give this place another shot but disappointed in the quality of drinks. Invest in barista training.

Hands down the best coffee shop in Media. After the departure of Seven Stones Cafe I was really worried about what would fill that void locally and B&B is all that and more. Fantastic small dish menu, coffee creations of the highest quality, and a stylish location that feels more like a youthful and and trendy hangout than a run of the mill coffee purveyor. I hope they expand to a larger location in central Media soon!
