We didn't make it here in time for lunch however coffee was great. Wonderful atmosphere and very welcoming staff. Definitely will be back!

Lovely coffee shop right on the river. Friendly service and delicious drinks in a neat renovated building. The patio out back is also cozy and nice for getting some work done

Absolutely loved it here, such an amazing refresher while on a road trip this afternoon. The building and decor are so cool! Loved the view from the upstairs. A friend and I ate lunch and had the hot ham and Swiss on the pretzel roll and also the Schuler swiss Sammie. So so good may even make a trip down from Williamsport just for this place again soon.

Because I needed to find a central location to meet up with a friend from Harrisburg, I chose Shine. I was blown away and now we will make this a regular meeting place. This is an absolute hidden gem! The space is beautifully decorated with too many details to describe here. You have to see it for yourself. The food is outstanding and prepared with TLC. The coffee options are plentiful. The staff caters to your every need. Love that they have a back patio where you can enjoy the outdoors while the staff can keep an eye on you to see what needs you may have from their little side window. Go! See! Experience! Enjoy!

Shine is my all-time favorite coffee shop! The staff is incredibly cheery and friendly, the food is amazing and portioned generously, and the vanilla lattes are perfect! I love the aesthetic and building design, and there are a bunch of tables allowing for private conversation. We love sitting outside on warm days and upstairs on cold ones! :) I would highly recommend Shine to anyone passing through or looking for a quaint place to chat with a friend or date.

We are from York Pa and drove up to Liverpool to check out the town named after Liverpool England, home of the Beatles!!! Nice, very nice town and the "highlight" of our field trip was Shine Coffee Co. Great and quick service plus our sandwiches were the best of the best!!!! When in the area again they will definitely on our stop in list for eats!!!

Nice hide away for locals. Highly recommend stopping by if you happen to pass by Liverpool

A wonderful unexpected gem filling a restored warehouse building with skillfully crafted coffees, pastries baked on site, real bagels and a lovely warmth and friendliness. I own a bakery (I know my pastries and my customer service) and I’m a native NYer (I know my bagels) and this sweet spot shouldn’t be missed if you’re anywhere near the area. Kudos to the owners and staff!

My wife has a thing for good coffee so on all our road trips, we have to find a coffee shop other than the chains. Well, I must say, I got bonus points for this one! Her Carmel cold brew was deliciously smooth and had a great Carmel flavor without being too sweet. We also had their m&m cookie and the Rise and Shine breakfast sandwich. Everything was awesome! The staff was super welcoming and worked quickly to get our order together. Needless to say, this little shop is now on our “must stop” list and it should be on yours too! So glad we found it.

All 3 of our drinks and meals were delicious. Can't believe I didn't know this coffee shop was so close. It's so warm and inviting. The staff was super friendly and service was quick. We will be back often.
