Small local diner serving simple, home spun meals at a reasonable price. We enjoyed our brkfst sandwiches w hash brown potatoes. The walls covered w Elvis and 50s car photos, along with postcards from throughout the US makes for interesting decor, not to mention the miniature train running overhead. 😀
It was an awesome time. Our tuna melt and grilled chicken was hot and very good. Waitress...forgot her name ,was very pleasant. They had mostly seniors eating there. Really got to talking with them too. We will be back and try other food items. Thank you for being town to earth and family friendly. Oh yeah forgot the train they had running up in ceiling
Very good food made fast. Very reasonably priced with incredibly friendly people serving you along with friendly customers too! Tucked away in a corner but seems bigger when you go inside! We will be back!
Tucked away around the corner you will find this little hidden gem. It's a small place, but they have lots of pictures all over the walls. The pictures help serve as conversation pieces. The food was great, very homley and comfortable place. Service was quick and friendly. Prices are very reasonable, feed 5 of us for less then $50. If your in the area, this place is definitely worth checking out!
Cash only establishment. Cheap food but you get what you pay for; pre-cooked bacon, a slice of American cheese slapped on top of the omelette, frozen fries etc. Locals love it. I didnt hate it. The train around the ceiling is a cool touch but wasn't running.
Went for a quick bite on the weekend before taking the kids to the fort, and ordered two kids chicken and fries meal, which stated came with a drink, however, when my nephew ordered a ginger ale, we were told that soda wasn't included. I guess water was, as that was ok when my daughter asked for one. So I wasn't very satisfied with their menu, two chicken strips and a handful of fries for four dollars and only getting water as the beverage is a little ridiculous. Cleanliness wasn't an issue but service wasn't very professional.
The diamond Cafe is a diamond in the rough a small quiet restaurant right off the diamond in Ligonier providing home cooked food. The homemade soups are delicious and the people are friendly it's a place to be visited and enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Just remember it's cash only so hit the ATM before you go there.
Quaint little spot. 4 person small breakfasts, coffees, cinnamon rolls and very personable for under $40 with tip. Perfect sm size breakfast b4 that pre drive home after a weekend of skiing!
