Passenger is maybe the best coffee roaster in the world. They are definitely the best café in Lancaster.

Stopped by this place after visiting central market, it is very small and perfect for a quick drink or pastry. I got the macchiato and it was very traditional. They have a small bar that allows you to drink your espressos or small coffees similar to how the Italians do in Italy. The place is very small with only a few seats so it is difficult to have a coffee with a friend. It looked like there may have been seating upstairs, however, it was closed off when I visited. I definitely recommend this place to pop in and get takeout, however, I wouldn't plan on dining in due to the limited seating.

This is the best coffee shop in town. It is good people doing a good thing, serving ethically sourced coffee and supporting the Lancaster community and the farmers they work with worldwide. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and the shop is cozy. If you are looking for a great cup of locally roasted coffee, look no further!

Amazing beans extracted beautifully & consistently by talented baristas in a clean, Scandinavian-style setting. Excellent coffee shop from top to bottom!

Visited with my parents a few days ago. I didn't get anything myself except for a pop tart (yum), but they both really enjoyed what they got and it seemed like a very sweet, simple and intimate place. Not like any coffee/tea shop I've been to (not that i get out enough for that to mean something). I'd be delighted to go again next time I pass through Lancaster. Thanks for the kindness.

A minimal elevated coffee shop in the style of what I call "new new wave" — focusing on unique beans from around the world in very light roasts to allow to enjoy the unique flavor of each varietal. The space is peaceful and is great to stay and work throughout the day.

I am a tea drinker, zero coffee for me. I ordered Jade tea at Passenger today. It's good, but nothing to write home about. This small cup of tea was $6! Hot tea is usually less than $2 for any size at the cafes in Lancaster. The service and atmosphere was good, the tea was good, the price was steep. I would have given more stars if I felt I had gotten my money's worth.

This place comes in the "specialist" category just on quality of coffee and how well they prepare it. The baristas know exactly what they were doing unlike many other psuedo places that try hard but lack qualified personnel. They being extremely friendly (without the regular barista smugness) is the cherry on the top. Top recommendation!!

The food and coffee are always amazing here. If you're coming for the coffee come here for sure. There is no public wifi so it's a come and be space, not a come and work space

The people here are so kind, and the coffee and tea options are as delicious as they are diverse. Not a lot of seating, but such a cozy and comfortable vibe if you're able to find a spot!
