Passenger Coffee & Tea Showroom

Best coffee in central PA, and it’s not close. High quality beans and well trained baristas in a cool shop right in downtown Lancaster. Their pastries are good too, and they pair nicely with a coffee or a tea.

We were walking by and stopped for coffee as this place looked so cute!! I got an iced dark chocolate mocha. Unfortunately the coffee was very bitter and unsweetened. The raw cane sugar didn't dissolve so I ended up only drinking half of it. The service was great though and it is super cute. Just ask for sweetened coffee if you want a little sweetness.

Cute place with a limited menu but that’s perfect. Being a coffee lover but not a guru the menu makes it easy to decide what I want. Clean , nice staff and super super fresh beans. No reason to go to a chain coffee place when this is right here ! Will be back !

The friendliest service ever! Super nice. Unfortunately my scone pastry seemed like it was a day or two old. Very dry. The cappuccino was pretty but the espresso shot was sour. Usually means the machine water temperature is too cold. Could be bad luck. Just passing through. Too bad. Cute place.

Top notch espresso served by professional staff. Small but classic space right downtown makes for a great experience.

Minimalist menu, but if you just want a coffee or tea it’s the perfect place to get a refreshing drink when visiting Central Market.
The staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond with service. The vibe is chill, sleek, and relaxing.

My barista (forgetting their name but was wearing a silver and black belt with black boots and had a beard—very sweet!! Name maybe started with an M?) helped me pick out the perfect coffee for the day after trying their daily drip…ended up getting a Montecarlo cappuccino and it was just perfect. The vibe was so calm and welcoming inside—I sat and read with great light in the window!—and it was the perfect start to my day. Hello fall!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Their staff are essentially caffeine evangelists who are the Mother Theresa’s of their profession. 5 stars isn’t enough!

This stop was very special to our party of 5. The environment caters towards peaceful conversation, the drinks were top notch, and our service was friendly and approachable.

This place is absolutely excellent. I have been to any number of coffee shops in my travels, I am sure it's been 100 different places that do pour overs or aeropress or whatever the method-of-the-day is, from Florida to NYC, Boston to Chicago, Austin, San Fran, Seattle and all sorts places in between. I can say without a doubt that Passenger is right up there with some of the best places I have been.

My wife really liked the tea as well.

The staff here is also fabulously friendly. I can't recommend it enough.
