Good breakfast and coffees. Neat atmosphere. Staff a little short with you....can't ask too many questions on a busy morning I guess. Had a special request but it was denied it.

I prefer to write positive reviews but just can't here. My friend and I stopped here for a cup of coffee before a show and had the worst experience. The girls were not very pleasant. We sat outside and our server was not very nice and seemed annoyed. I ordered a regular cup of decaf with cream and it was luke warm. My friend ordered a flavored iced coffee which was delivered to her in a plastic cup with the coffee running down the sides. No napkins or spoons were given to us and the people at the next table gave us napkins. I told our server my coffee wasn't hot and she brought me a 2nd cup forgetting that I had ordered decaf. Needless to say I felt my heart racing and asked her if it was decaf and she said no but never apologized. We will unfortunately not return. There are plenty of other places to get a cup of coffee in Lancaster.

Grandson chose this place for his birthday breakfast. He has been here before and said they do good breakfasts. He was right. Not long waiting for our food and service was quick and pleasant. Nothing rushed. Will return.

Good food, better service. The establishment was clean. Our order was taken and delivered within a timely manner. However it is the service that is exceptional. Ruby was our waitress. She was nice and professional. The manager on hand was courteous and polite even as the shop was closing. I would return.

Love the food highly recommend the chicken salad but the service here is very hit or miss. It also is becoming more miss recently. On our most recent visit i have the pleasure of wiping our table and the table next to ours for the couple that walked in after us because, the only open table had the squeeze bottle and rag laying on it. Then enjoyed walking the lady standing behind the counter on her phone just watch us sit there ungreeted without menus for 10 minutes. Then she told someone else maybe someone should greet us.

Excellent food. If you haven't tried it, it's must. I didn't give 5 star bcuz service was horrible. More than likely bcuz of being under staffed. Place was packed inside and outside w/ just 3 waitresses.

Just discovered this place last week.Fantasic food

This is a fantastic place to go for breakfast or brunch! The sandwiches are delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly! The selection of baked goods is also great. We weren't impressed with the coffee, however, and have been to this location several times. There is a lot of variance depending on who the barista is that day. The specialty drinks have an artificial taste to them, and can be overly sweet. That said, the cafe's design is beautiful, and the food is why we visit often! This is the perfect location to work/study at.
