Our food came super fast and was absolutely delicious!!

It was okay for the price and tips. The food was fresh, excellent quality but with bland test. And it didn't help that the servers forgot to add salt and pepper to the take out. But the shop was clean and servers were otherwise nice.

Gone here two times with my girlfriend and both times left us wondering why we even went there to begin with. Our food was messed up both times we went as well as our coffees. The smoothies are good though!

Really? How does this restaurant have good opinions? The service is so so bad that I can say it is one of the worst restaurant I have been!!!
I saw in all the tables a frustrating mood…
The food plaits aren’t big, so maybe you will need something additional…
I will suggest to go another place where you can enjoy food, service and Lancaster experience!

Nice place. Delicious chicken salad sandwich and latte! Our waitress seemed very busy and did not tend to us very much. She was very nice though.

I really wanted to like this place because my husband and I are sick of chain restaurants. We are retired and enjoy going out to lunch. Well, I was very disappointed. We were greeted by a server within seconds of sitting down which was a plus. She was very nice. Another plus. She brought our drinks and took our order promptly. Again, another and sadly, the last plus. We were at this restaurant after 1:00 pm. There were customers but not enough to have to wait over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches! No strange order. Nothing special. Just sandwiches! I finished my coffee and my husband finished his ice tea long before our order came out. Server NEVER asked if we wanted refill or apologized for the long wait.finally our order arrived. I ordered a grilled chicken called a 501. Well unless you have very very strong teeth, you can’t eat this! The chicken was so dry and over cooked! The mayo helped, the roll was good, but not worth the price. I left most of it. My husband ordered a Reuben. It was tasty, but small! Hardly any meat for 9.00! And no fries, just chips! Ok, so we get the check and we were never told that if we were paying cash, we had to give it to the server, but credit cards go to register! So we stood at the register like 2 dopes while the cashier chatted up the 2 young women who she obviously knew. Well, we hand her our bill and she said “ oh sorry, I only take credit cards”. The whole experience was just exhausting. There are plenty of places to eat around here, we are locals, and as much as I wanted to like this place, it was not worth it. We could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and got a much better meal for the same price!

Extremely clean and welcoming restaurant. Quality customer service. Food was mediocre at best, drinks were average.
Ordered The Oregon. Fresh, but exceedingly tasteless. Didn’t detect even a hint of the alleged horseradish. Sandwich was a wet mess.
Both the almond latte and the spicy chai were decent.

Our family of 4 came here during a family vacation and had a great breakfast! The service was OUTSTANDING and the food was also delicious. If we lived here we’d be back often.

I've only gotten coffee drinks here. The lattes are very good but once in a while I get black coffee which is weak. (Maybe they start serving the coffee before it's done brewing??) I haven't tried the food at this location, but because their other location has good food I recommended friends here. They loved the place and the food. This is the best coffee spot available by the Lancaster outlets.
