Boro Coffee is my favorite coffee shop in the area. I love their espresso, their creative drink flavors, and their tea is the best I've ever had. I highly recommend trying their matcha chai, a London Fog (try it with lavender!), the Roibois chai, or any of their mochas! Also for little ones they have a kid's "coffee" (a hot chocolate) along with coloring pages to help keep them busy so parents can enjoy their drinks. The coffee shop is located in old canal houses in historic Hollidaysburg, which lend to its unique character and charm. The staff is amazing and super knowledgeable about all things coffee! It's a 10/10!
The folks at Boro are the sweetest! They always have great drink ideas and will suggest the tastiest stuff. Huge fan! Make it a priority to pop in while you're in Hollidaysburg.
Wonderful, friendly community space. I was pleasantly surprised that they serve decaf coffee here, as I try to keep caffiene to a minimum. I look forward to coming back next time I'm in the area!
absolutely amazing coffee! there’s a big variety of flavors to chose from. Out of the ones I’ve tried, I’ve loved all of them! The staff is super friendly also. Will definitely be coming back again, as I have been!
A little pricy for the size of coffee however in my opinion it was worth it. Their Pumpkin Spice Latte was better than Starbucks or Dunkin so that was a major plus. The service was super friendly and fast. There is plenty of seating inside and even restrooms. Didn't try any of the baked goods however they looked fresh and smelled great.
Delicious coffee but what I love the most is their selection of tea drinks. I prefer tea over coffee most of the time and they have a nice rotating selection of tea lattes and other non-coffee drinks. The baristas are very friendly and knowledgeable. The outdoor seating is a nice perk when the weather permits. If you like London Fogs, get theirs because the Earl Grey tea they use is the BEST!
Best coffee and tea shop in the area! I am not a huge coffee person in general so I stick with their amazing collection of teas! I love the Cosmos drink and their quiche. They have so many options and their coffee selection looks very yummy too! Plus, the pastries and other food items they sell are delicious. I go there usually 2 times per week minimum. The atmosphere is great too!
