Perfect coffee shop! Nestled in a quaint neighborhood it is warm and cozy. Delicious coffee along with very creative drinks! Very tasty treats that are very healthy. Live foliage decorates the establishment and gives it a very warm feel.

I had high hopes for this place but the staff was cold and unfriendly at best and openly rude at worst. Maybe we came on a bad day but we did not feel welcomed at all and unfortunately the drinks we ordered did not redeem the place. Really wanted to like this place but will not be back.

Came here on a recommendation from a friend who went to Haverford...and I suspect that is why she spoke so highly of it. It is, without a doubt, a great little coffee shop. The coffee was great. That said, its not necessarily where you want to go in order to get food...the sandwiches were put together in a terrible fashion that lead me to need to go collect silverware in order to salvage any part of the sandwich put the bread. And not just me. It also becomes incredibly overcrowded with people from Haverford hanging out, which is fine...but perhaps they could be more efficient with the floor plan to accommodate all these customers...just a thought

The coffee is good and the food is decent, but the guy at the counter with the red hair is extremely rude and over charged me for my drink. My 4 year old son was with me and actually asked me why he was mean to me the last time we were there, that's pretty bad. My family and I just moved to Drexel Hill from Pittsburgh and we would drive to Green Engine because we liked it, but we won't be returning after being mistreated by this guy one too many times. I'll take my money elsewhere.

In addition to good coffee, the breakfast is amazing. Atmosphere is warm and inviting as well. I stop here whenever I'm in the area.

Really cute independent local coffee shop. Very busy on a Saturday morning, but the line moved very quickly and the drinks came out fast. Try the pumpkin jawn!

Beautiful atmosphere, and great service. Had the Cold Brew, and thought it was tasty, would have preferred it made with a darker blend, but overall enjoyable and strong. I'll definitely be stopping back when I have time before work.

Cozy place, lots of seating, books to entertain little ones, nice food.

Loved the atmosphere at this coffee shop! It's a nice and open space with a mixture of comfy seating and regular tables. Plants are all over the place, making it feel even more open and airy!

I've been here a few times and every time there's a strong smell of black mold when you walk through the door-- like a nasty damp basement with deteriorating drywall. Visually, the space is rather nice with high ceilings, estate sale couches and distressed metal stools at bar height. The coffee itself is a bland, gas station blend. Oh, and when buying a coffee with the Square App, you'll notice the first option is for a $1 tip and the options scale up from there. The tip less than 50% on a $2 cup you have hit "Other".
