Ikigai Coffee

My mom and I ordered hot coffee ( one with caramel flavor/cream and black with cinnamon) and it was superb. No bitter coffee taste and so smooth. The staff were so friendly and nice and the atmosphere was calming and serene. Glad to have discovered a small business that cares about quality and its customers :)

This coffee shop offers so much more than a delicious coffee experience. Prepare to step into something of a dream, with exceptional and tasty baked goods and mouth-watering choices, cold and warm. Not only that, but you will be enveloped in the beauty of owner-created fantastical illustrations, complete with stories behind them, unique t-shirts created from them, and locally designed and hand-crafted necklaces from another talented artist. In short, this place is a "yes." P.S. There are plenty of places to sit if you wish to linger, including a sweet little nook.

I pulled up and asked for an almond joy which was not in their menu, the barista gladly made one and it was the best almond joy I’ve ever had Ong!

Cute little space with amazing coffee! I usually order whatever the barista feels like making and they made an awesome cinnamon roll iced latte that was delicious! All of the staff was so nice, I will 100% be back!

I love everything about ikigai its my favorite place ever. This place is what I picture heaven to be like<33

Best coffee shop around! Though I love all the flavored drinks I’ve had (gingerbread is particularly yum!), I still enjoy a simple latte! (The coffee is that good that you don’t need a lot of additions).

The baked goods are made in house, and are wonderful. (The bacon quiche is fantastic, and the lemon lavender muffins and granola bars are my favorites).

The owners and staff are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet, always going out of their way to make every guest feel welcome. And the shop itself has such a special vibe! (It’s worth the few steps down!).

Whenever I want to feel special and treat myself, this is my go-to place! Can’t wait to visit again!

Excellent coffee and ambiance. The super friendly and helpful staff said it was an old shoe shine shop in the basement of the old hotel, which is now luxury apartments. Not only do they sell great coffee but also items with original artwork by the owner. Definately want to go back.

The best tapioca pearls in Hanover!! Such good flavor and texture!
