Brio Coffeehouse Inc

Came here to have a cup of coffee and work. Had to listen to the baristas degrade customers after they left and the ones that called in orders. They projected an atmosphere that made me uncomfortable to be around, the negativity towards the guests that come to their shop, provide them a paycheck, and tip them on top of it all off. Coaching for the baristas is important, and I will not be coming back here.

The coffee and snacks were wonderful. I did a lot of research into the espresso machine used there and it is some prime coffee making equipment! Add some cozy chairs and ambience and Brio could become the top coffeehouse in the area.

Amazing coffee and staff! I’ve been a big fan of Brio since their opening in Waynesboro and am so pleased about their second location in my hometown! They work hard to give you the best! :)

Did the hot chocolate flight. Definitely didn't disappoint!

Granted, they were busy. But…leaving cheese off of a sandwich and the incorrect cheese on the other? When the person making sandwiches has about 10-12 tickets staring back at them and another team member offers help…you take the help; don’t just simply say “no, that’s okay”, because it is not. If you are standing around not doing anything, except take one order out to a car, and everyone else is busy…help; otherwise why are you even there. I am typically a one and done person, and this is definitely ‘done’. Good luck!

Our first time visiting. Good coffee. Only suggestion is to wipe tables more often, ours had crumbs.

Convenient location with pleasant staff. The coffee flight was an interesting and very tastee option. The blueberry scone was fresh and very good.

I love their app! I order through the app on-line and stop by for a fast pick up. Breakfast bagels can't be beat. They are friendly and charge fair prices!
