We took a vacation to Erie for the first time and decided to track down some local small business coffee shops since we hate chain coffee. This place is very good. It's easy to miss due to the area but worth the trip. I had a latte and hoovered 2 of the chocolate chip cookies and they were excellent.

I’ve been coming to Tipsy Bean everyday after work(minus the weekends cause they open a little later) at 7am for a little over a week and I honestly can say I think about this place a lot when I’m home and all the time at work. I work 12 hr shifts and I come here to relax and talk to the employees who are the nicest people I’ve ever met with the most excitement and energy I’ve seen. I get the hopleaf tea every morning and I honestly can say it tastes like happiness and fresh air. I come in happy and leave happy everyday. I am here on my first day off in a while relaxing and just bought a book even. This place is my relaxing spot now and I hope this review helps someone else come inside this amazing place.

Everytime I go in there the staff is so friendly and helpful. The food and coffee is always great. The quaint interior makes you really feel welcome, to just sit and relax and enjoy your coffee. The new outdoor patio is my FAVE! The sole reason for my trip today was to see it and sit out there, so I wonderful cute idea so nice to see places like this in erie!

Went for the first time and I'll definitely return. Coffee was amazing. Excellent alternative to Starbucks, Dunkin or Tim Hortons. You will not be disappointed.

The Tipsy Bean is one of the, if not the best cup of coffee I've had in Erie. The decor and atmosphere are great. Relaxed and comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and took time to talk and answer any questions we had about her selection. The desserts were delicious and the option to add some more adult beverage options to the coffee was fun. They also sell local artists work on a rotating basis. If you are a coffee fan you must stop and check it out.

Super cute new, locally owned coffee shop. They have a pretty standard coffee and tea menu but also some unique specials. Their food is amazing. One of a kind pastries, baked goods and breakfast options. I had a very hard time trying to decided which treats to get. I love that all of their food/drink containers and straws are eco-friendly. Highly recommend, will be back soon.

I love this place. The coffee is delicious. And the owner is so cool! Giselle is always trying new mini cake recipes and hitting it out of the park with some killer cocktails. Tipsy bean has so much to offer, even live music on fridays. It's my go to spot.

👏This is a hidden gem in Erie- coffee AND cocktails all in the same place! The only complaint I have is that it's sometimes hard to choose between the two!! 😄The owner and staff are friendly, amazing people- great conversation and a very comfortable atmosphere. There's yummy treats to eat too that are just as wonderful as the drinks! Great prices and there's also ”Happy Hour” prices. There are books to read, board games to play, local artwork (for sale!) is displayed on the walls and bands play on the weekends. The owner is a big neighborhood and Erie supporter and I can't say enough good things about her!! I'm not from Erie and I actually enjoy living here when I hang out at the Tipsy Bean- there's really good vibes to be had at this place. You're missing out if you don't give it a try!! 🤪🥳😀😁🥰
