Always nice to stop by while in Erie for those famous glazed donuts! Still sad knowing I once had one close to me but least this one is still open!

Stopped by tonight and it was drive-thru only as there were only 2 employees working. Might I add for only 2 people they were doing a wonderful job keeping the drive-thru moving the best they could and the donuts were amazing!

My husband and I drove an hour and a half to get Krispy Kreme. We were and still are so excited to have gotten some. The employees were super friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very clean. I can't wait to go again in some years to come.

Good donuts, but when we stopped by, they were not making any fresh donuts. I prefer the glazed hot and fresh. The staff was super friendly.

Always a hit. So many versions of their origin as l doughnut plus more. Watching the doughnuts being made is cool and getting them fresh from the fryer is amazing.

Rude employees, my father in law waited in line inside the shop while employees took their time with another customer- all while acknowledging he was in line then decided that they weren't going to take his order after patiently waiting to place it and drove him out to close then proceeded to take a drive through order behind after doing so. No reason anyone should treat a customer like this.

One of the best places for glazed donuts ever. Unfortunately for us, proof being the woman ahead of us in line buying 8 dozen donuts. 2 dozen glazed went quickly, the remaining 5 not so much. 10 minutes later we were still on number 5. Luckily, help finished her break and came to the rescue.
A year later and a different problem. This time it was the staff tied up. 4 people behind the counter, and only available to wait on inside customers. Luckily when we got there, there was only 2 people ahead of us. By the time we placed our order there were 8 people waiting behind us.
