Donuts were a disappointment. No maple and what I purchased, glazed, custard filled and pumpkin cake. Were not worth writing home about . Price $16.00 a dozen

FUN Experience to see doughnuts rolling down the line. Fresh warm, melt in your mouth goodness. Yummy Yummy Yummy

There's just nothing like Krispy Kreme! The fresh Original glazed donuts are unlike any grocery store donuts, including Krispy Kreme. The staff was friendly, fast and efficient.

We drive all the way from Hamburg NY at least once a month for our donuts! Friendly staff, short wait, excellent food. Someone definitely needs to open a location closer to Hamburg PLEASE!

Very disappointed my kids love to look for the light to be on when ever we are in Erie as we love to get the free hot fresh donut then always buy a dozen. So tonight while out for my Birthday outing we decided on the donuts for dessert as we entered I could tell things seemed different just as the employee behind the counter handed us a small cold crappy piece of donut . Which taste nothing like fresh hot ones thankfully I know they are good so we still bought our dozen but what a disappointment this experience was. If your not gonna give the sample then don't give the sample. Don't substitute it with a small tiny crappy piece.

they are getting worse and worse they always have problems with Internet offers and promotions the staff is never oriented. they always have problems when charging they are very disorganized in that area I went this week and they didn't even have stuffed donuts I ended up canceling my second order

We have never had a bad experience here! They fill us up with krazy good “kreme”-y deliciousness like they always do, and then we are left feeling blessed there isn’t a location closer to us! That would be trouble! I love sharing these with people who have never experienced a KK (ridiculous, I know, I know...).

Best place for high level of service and smiles from the servers who all appear to be happy at their workplace so pleased with this restaurant and will continue to visit even if it is to buy a drink and be treated so well. I love that the supervisor are even smiling almost every time I see them during my visits. My idea of highest level customer service is served up so stop and see for yourself the friendly employees. I love this place!

We went to the Krispy Kreme location on Peach st in Erie PA twice within 24 hours to get their original glazed donuts. Both times we were told they were out and it would 40 minutes until they had more. That is absolutely ridiculous for a company that is famous for their glazed donuts!

Traveled three hours to get their doughnuts...The girls in the front were rude and told me I had to leave the building for not wearing a mask even though I told them I had a medical condition and was unable to wear one. They also kicked my son out for not wearing a mask, even though he has mental problems and can't wear one. She said he's not allowed in the building without a mask, and yet there were other people there that were not wearing a mask and nothing was said to them at all. So it doesn't matter how good their doughnuts are, with bad service, it's a chore to go.
