Lakeside Bagel & Deli

First time going here. Heard alot of good things about it. I wasn't disappointed. Amazing bagels! I got a garlic flavored bagel with ham , turkey, and some fixins. My gf got a cinnamon crunch bagel 🥯. Both were awesome! You can taste the fresh made flavor in everything! And don't get me started with the coffee ☕...lol. The Green mountain 🏔️ coffee we got was Chocolate Macadamia....OMG! So good! I'll definitely be coming back for more... and spreading the word 🙂😱🙂😱

Prices are good for serving sizes. I’m a bigger guy so I had to get a little extra but it was worth it to try something else on their menu. Coffee was good as well. Everyone was extremely friendly. We will be stopping back in before we go home from vacation.

Delicious food, as always, but I'd recommend working on the customer service a bit. The girl I dealt with behind the counter today, blonde hair around 1 o'clock pm, was so awfully rude and had a terrible attitude. Acted towards us as if we were a burden to her because she had to make two bagel sandwiches for us. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Is it that hard to just be kind...? I mean, I wanted to tell the girl to try and have a better day because of how snobby, bratty, and rude she was.
If I could, I'd rate the customer service a 1 from my experience today. The food was delicious though, like I said, as always. Wish I could give it a 5 star review because of the food.

Great tasting bagels. Nice little restaurant. Guys, there are pretty young ladies there. Nice attitudes.

Great find if you travel a short mile off the highway. Fun, well staffed, & good, solid bagels you won't find anywhere else around the Erie area. The staff is wonderful & the selection of food options large without being overwhelming. They are usually busy which tells you they provide good quality but you don't wait, or feel like you wait, long.

I've only tried here once. The women were friendly and helpful to me while in the store but even during careful instructions still made my lady's sandwich wrong. Mine was correct and tasty but hers was badly made and called for a remedy. Service to get in the phone was poor at best and they offered to send coupons to keep a customer. Coupons never came and customers were lost.

The food is amazing, the value is fabulous. I just wish that the service would be a little more friendly and cheerful. I could enjoy my delicious bagel more if the employees would hand it to me with a smile and a “thanks for coming by.”

Delicious if your looking for a place to get breakfast this is it. I go here all the time never disappoints. They make the bagels fresh every morning. Good selection of options from sandwiches to flavored spreads. My favorite is cinnamon butter on a French toast bagel.
