What a great coffeeshop in a beautifully restored Victorian mansion. The bread and pastries are wonderful!

Gorgeous café in downtown Easton. Lovely atmosphere and tasty coffee. I rarely write reviews but I truly enjoyed my visit. Free Wi-Fi and tables to work or study at as well.

Cool coffee house in a well preserved Victorian Mansion. Very unique, great coffee, worth a stop.

My first time trying here and I enjoyed what I bought. Although the latte was not to my fitting, I think I would try the teas instead (Coffee is not my thing anyways). The scone and brownie was delicious and I will come by here very often to buy and try different things. The service was really nice and friendly too! My coworker also comes here often and she thinks this place is worth a try as well.

Everything in this place is amazing. Best coffee in town, decorated beautifully, tasty food, and a couple of friendly parrots to visit!

We are so lucky to live in Easton, home of ThreeBirds, the most beautiful coffee shop in all the land. I say this with confidence because when we travel, my husband and I make a point to visit the best rated coffee shops in any city we visit. The staff and owners are amazing and have become friends of ours. They have a wonderful selection of tea, coffee, and light bites and treats. They put great thought and care into creating a welcoming atmosphere and experience for anyone who walks through the door and are actively involved in the community.

The best coffee shop in town. Fantastic baked goods and pastries as well. Incredible atmosphere and a real gem of Easton. A must visit for any locale, well worth it.
