Three birds is an amazing coffee house set in a gorgeous old building in downtown Easton. The amazing atmosphere is only topped by the quality of the beverages and the friendliness of the staff. Definitely my new favorite spot in Easton!

Gorgeous cafe located within a former row home. Beautiful decor, excellent coffee- the chai and pour over were top notch. Children loved that there were two live birds to see.

ThreeBirds hands down wins best coffee in the area. Spacious and cozy, with a solid selection of baked goods to go with your caffeine. To think I must have passed it a dozen times before I figured out what was going on in there... I almost went to Dunkin. DUNKIN.

I've been waiting and watching for this cute coffee shop to finally open its doors. Had the chance to experience there service and menu and I've got to say they made a pretty great first impression. Even my local chiropractor (Dr. Matt Conroy) met with the owner and was very pleased with how friendly and innovative he and all his staff were. They have jumped through multiple hoops to open up and they are planning on bringing more interesting finds to their ever expanding and rotating menu. The appeal is definitely there, from the work they put in to restoring the building and original architecture, to their adorable small greenhouse in the side entrance, to housing some birds for the animal lovers out there. I was pleasantly surprised and awed. There is room for improvement of course, since they aren't completely done with all the renovations, it is a very old building of course and used to be, correct me, a mortuary or funeral back in the day. But the feel of the building is warm and inviting, not creepy unless you love that sort of thing like I do. I enjoyed their Ginger turmeric tea and sampled the rest cold and was not disappointed at all. They even offer kombucha (it was absolutely amazing and I'm usually not a fan) as well and maybe craft beer in the future. Time will tell. I also tried their new salad menu item that they will be expanding upon soon depending on demand. It also didn't disappoint either, served in a large tea cup, with fresh tender kale, sweet potato, quinoa and a whole host of add ins that jived together perfectly. I'm not a huge salad eater nor dressing person at all and even I ate it without complaint. It was satisfying and refreshing. My husband tried the Chai latte and he's not one to like things right off the bat but he was absolutely floored by the pleasantly surprise of how amazing it was. I did not try it unfortunately, being lactose intolerant but they do offer alternative milk replacements for a small, less than a $1, upcharge. Very reasonable I'd say. The service was extremely warm and inviting and even took the time to hand out samples while serving others and even helped take your order to your sitting area. Neither one of the two employees had issues with multitasking and had amazing customer service and manners. They also offer some quick to go items like bottled water, juices and other drinks as well as baked goods that looked to pretty to eat but can't wait to try some day. Multiple customers have already vouched that there baked goods are pretty good as well. All in all this place definitely has kept my attention and my approval thus far. I will definitely be visiting this shoppe and hope it grows in this town of Easton and hopefully will not succumb to closing early like other great shops that have graced this town because of difficulties with the Township. Thank you for your time and go and enjoy this quaint little place. 👍🏾👌🏾

Great coffee and amazing atmosphere. Spent a few hours here on a Saturday morning and it was perfect. They offer a lot of sitting room with different views. Definitely a gem to check out!

Simple but perfectly made black coffee...I was in heaven for the 16oz of this brain igniting potion. Honestly, I thought starbucks was good and still a favorite.

Great vibe, great coffee (had a matcha and a decaf mocha), great eats (amazing blondie, amazing savory scone, amazing oatmeal chocolate chip cookie). What a gem!

Super adorable place. I’ve been meaning to go here for about 3-4 years and I finally was able to go. My latte was delicious and the staff is very friendly.

This was my absolute favorite place to go when I lived in downtown Easton. The vibes are immaculate and the baristas are so kind. It’s my favorite spot to work remotely. Although I don’t love their espresso’s flavor profile, the tea is absolutely amazing, especially the Jasmine green tea. Pair it with a chocolate croissant or a scone! After moving away, this is the place I miss the most! A true gem

Best atmosphere of any coffee shop in the Lehigh Valley. Excellent coffee (Passenger from Lancaster), wonderful staff, awesome vibes, & entertaining birds. The facility is clean - both inside and out. Bathrooms are immaculate.
Food options are limited (think basic coffee shop fare), but definitely try out an Earl Grey scone while you’re there. You can’t go wrong with any of the coffee options, but keep in mind that beyond a mocha you won’t be able to flavor the coffee (which is the way it should be, anyway, since flavored coffee is gross).
