Went to this place for my first time with my husband on Sunday June 6th 2021, around 10 or 10:30 am, the host sitted us immediately which was great but had several waitress pass by us with no eye contact and no service for 10 minutes of us sitting there. The waitress kept going to the other tables but didn't stop at ours. So my husband and I decided to leave at this point since we felt racially profile. Yes we're hispanic. Never again will I step feet into this place.

Truly awful pandemic practices. To be seated, staff told us, we needed to stand in line in for 30 to 45 minutes. We could see that the other customers were standing in line, shoulder to shoulder, in a small area just inside the front entrance. I asked if we could add our names and come back in 30 minutes but there was no reasonably safe option permitted. Other restaurants let you put your name on a wait list but I guess they don't trust the customer here enough to support safer distancing.

The Quadrant is such a wonderful place to eat! I love, love their food! Perfect environment to go grab lunch with an old friend, drink coffee, and catch up amidst the lovely bookshelves and their paged occupants. I only have positive and grateful words to say about this little breakfast nook (they do serve lunch as well), it’s staff, and owners. I’ve enjoyed their full range of menu items throughout the years, including their absolutely PERFECT and delicious French toast. Seriously, everyone should try it!! I’ve also had different sandwiches, many omelettes, and of course, their coffee selection is fabulous as well! The most impressive part is their staff; who are always friendly and helpful. I recently had a hard time getting there because of major lack of parking in Easton due to a festival, and the kitchen had already closed for the day. However, the owner happily and kindly offered to make me my French toast despite the fact that they had stopped serving food 30 minutes prior! It’s the little things like that make the difference between loyalty from customers and not. I’m obviously a loyal and happy customer! They go above and beyond in my book, and I’m very grateful (and my appetite satiated). I would absolutely recommend this place above EVERY, and I mean every, (talking to you State Café) breakfast joint from Easton to Bethlehem!

Hugely disappointed.
Before the Covid-19 pandemic this bookstore was a little oasis of quiet book browsing...charming!
Now I find audio speakers installed throughout piping in a constant soundtrack of daily news bulletins.
Doesn't anyone just want to enjoy conversation over coffee and books?
I can get today's depressing world news from newspapers, at home on TV, or on a smartphone, or a personal computer, or whilst pumping gas from a gas pump! - or from TVs placed in my gym locker room, or in any diner when I'm trying to eat, or in bars...I really need to hear it inside a quaint old bookstore?

Very cute place. We waited a long time for our food and they weren't very busy. The food was just okay, the coffee was good but I got half a cup of one blend and half of another because the first blend I poured ran out. Very nice atmosphere though. I will eat here again.

We had a relaxing and delicious lunch in the beautiful shady garden. Friendly service with a lot of great choices for breakfast or lunch.

A lovely breakfast and lunch place that fills up fast on the weekends. The food is excellent, the price is right, and you're surrounded by books. What's not to love?

One warning, as far as I am aware, there are no kids seats around so it's lap seating or you bring your own.

Otherwise enjoy one of the old school Easton places.
