Very intimate and quaint brunch setting with a homey feel. Delicious food and beverage and friendly waitstaff. A true gem- Would highly recommend if visiting Easton!

If you know Easton you know The Quadrant. The family is a cornerstone of the community, and Jo has been serving awesome home-cooked breakfast and lunch forever, while Andy takes care of the immense book collection. Feels like home. Terrific and worth the wait.

A cozy little coffee shop slash book store close to the Easton Circle. Great food, friendly staff, and two floors of books to go through. Very relaxed.

Such a great concept! What's there not to love coffee and books. Definitely a spot to check out if your in the area.

This was only our second time visiting but will most likely be the last. Sadly, the breakfast we ordered was just... very disappointing. The omelet was odd. The egg portion was super thin had 0% fluffiness and was lacking flavor. The French toast looked good and was a large portion. They used good bread too. Unfortunately it was beyond bland. No cinnamon, no vanilla and was not "sprinkled with powdered sugar" as stated in the menu. So it was essentially just egg, milk, and bread. Served without butter and i had to request syrup. Everything just seemed off today. Tbh, it was like the griddle must have been off until we showed up bc everything seemed like it was cooked on a griddle that was not quite hot enough. The coffee was also bitter as if it was not fresh or was overheated while brewing. I'm not sure if this was all just bc it was a slow day or a staffing issue but we left feeling regret for our choice in restaurant.

The food and coffee are delicious. Seriously, I am very picky, when it comes to food and this is outstanding. My server, Raven, is very pleasant, fast and very knowledgeable. The owner, Jo, is killing it, in the kitchen, for sure lol. I love this place and will visit on a regular basis. If you’ve never been there, pay them a visit. You’ll be glad you did. And they have organic Peruvian coffee beans, for takeout. Definitely my favorite.

Awesome breakfast. Awesome coffee. Very friendly staff. In town visiting family, will definitely return.

Wife went in, she liked the setup. Ordered an iced coffee with Almond Milk. Said it tasted sour, perhaps the milk was bad but she couldn't finish it and ended up throwing it out. Ended up going to Panera for another coffee.
