Twin Valley Coffee: Shady Maple Farm Market Location

We usually get the twin valley coffee in Eagleview. Mine was good but my boyfriends was way too sweet that he couldn’t even drink it: we usually get the same thing we get at the Eagleview one. I think they went too heavy on the sweetener or something.

I’ve enjoyed twin valleys coffee for awhile and have always had wonderful customer service until today. I usually get the cold brew growler and recently purchased another one due to the fact I like 35 minutes away and it saves me a trip to have two. I opened my brand new second growler today and a piece of the glass from the lip fell off. I went to twin valley to have my growler replaced fully prepared to pay for the refill but not the bottle deposit as the bottle I had been sold was broken I’m assuming from the cap being put on to tight from when they filled it for the first time. The women who helped me was incredibly condescending and accusatory towards me. Stating I must have broke it and it was my fault. I explained to her I hadn’t broke it and that it was my first time opening it. She said there’s no way they would have NEVER sold it to me like that and it must be my fault. I understand accidents happen but I knew in this case it wasn’t my fault. She made me wait there while she went to call her manager. She then came back and said my manager said you’ll have to pay for the refill (which I was fine with) and then she said we will give you a new bottle JUST THIS ONCE as if I’ve asked for a new bottle before? but next time WE WONT. I was very taken aback, she then made me inspect the bottle with her in front of other customers making me even more embarrassed. Hopefully I’m able to find a new coffee place closer to me as I don’t think I’ll be returning after being made to feel like a liar, embarrassed and that I had done something wrong.

Came here the other day for their coconut cold brew and it was one of the best coffee drinks I’ve ever had. The staff were friendly and efficient. They also have a punch card which is nice. Highly recommend.

The hazelnut iced coffee was absolutely delicious!!! We can't wait to go back. They were patient as it was our first time ordering, very nice, and seriously the coffee was amazing.

We come back again and again, best coffee around!! Get a growler to refill with cold brew! 😋

I love their coffee, and especially their signature cold brew. It was super busy today. There was a very long line outside and inside. But they kept people moving so fast I didn’t have to wait very long. And their prices are cheaper, compared to other coffee shops around.

The signature cold brew with hazelnut cream is best cold coffee I’ve ever had. Just the right amount of coffee and cream and your in heaven. Highly recommend if you come here.

So glad I decided to stop and get coffee. It was delicious and the service was good, very friendly. We got 2 cold brews. I live closer to the Exton location so I’ll be checking that one out soon!

My #1 coffee shop!! I have no complaints other than it can be inconsistent depending on who makes the drink but still! There prices are amazing! The staff is super friendly! 10/10 recommend!
