Love, love your bagels. Didn't give you guys 5 full stars because if I'm not there when you open at 6am, I don't get the bagels I want. I have to get what's there. I was just there at 11am and all seseme seed bagels (my favorite) were gone and you are open until 3pm. Hopefully next trip I can get exactly what I want. Please produce more of your top selling bagels.

Do not recommend. Very poor customer service skills. My card was over charged and I was told the manager will call me to refund me "if" too much money comes out of my account. After 3 weeks and 6 phone calls later I still yet have to be refunded as the manager Moe did not believe I was over charged. I had to pull my bank statement for them to prove this and still no refund. The situation was handled very poorly and I would not recommend purchasing these overpriced and low quality baskets for any occasion. Please keep the extra money you took off me, because clearly your business needs it!

Definitely our favorite place in the Back Mountian for bagles! You can't beat the quality and size of these delicious bagles made in house and the amazing homemade cream cheese! My favorite is the french toast bagle with honey raisin cream cheese! They also have a great selection of sandwiches and drinks. Service is quick and the staff is super friendly! Highly recommend! Edited to add that my new favorite is the Taylor ham/egg/cheese on an everything bagel!

Fantastic quality bagels made daily. They also offer fresh pressed juices which complement everything bagel sandwiches particularly well. We had BLT and Turkey Club sandwiches on bagels and after having 1 each, we wanted another of each they were SO GOOD.
In addition they have coffees, desserts, prepared salads (like tuna or chicken salad), and deli meats. A large variety of specialty bagels and spreads to boot. They're a little pricier than the grocery store @ $1.30 per bagel rather than the standard $0.99, but if you're a bagel aficionado you'll appreciate the higher quality!

I usually don’t like to post like this. But into my sandwich I realized the egg looked like this and couldn’t eat it anymore. Doesn’t look right. The bagel itself was good though. Juice I waited twenty minutes for and it wasn’t cold. Not a fan. Need to take more time to make people’s orders right.

The place is nice, service is kinda slow, we got egg and cheese bagel and tasted good, the tuscan panini was about to be delicious but there was an oily taste in it...something makes it so heavy for sensitive tastes.

We stop in for bagels very regularly and they are the BEST in the area! The cream cheeses are amazing and they always have quite a variety of flavors. They are always well staffed and I never have to wait long for my order. I’ve also sent many bagel baskets over the years and the recipients always enjoy them, great gift idea!

Ordered chicken salad club no cheese. Got a grilled chicken with bacon. Eating there casher said I was in error. No reimbursement no apology. Rude attitude. Left sandwich on counter. I don’t eat pork. Get wrong order on pickups but this is a first. Women seemed spaced out and asked us to repeat order multiple times.

The bagels are always extremely fresh and delicious. Great assortment.

I was told to order the chocolate chip bagel with the chocolate chip cream cheese. I had it toasted and it did not disappoint. It was a great combination to start the day. I highly recommend ordering the chocolate chip bagel toasted with the chocolate chip cream cheese.
