Always great crepes. The owner is such a nice guy too.

Excellent food and outstanding service and quality. This is a new "must go to" place when I'm in town.

Very friendly staff, wonderful drinks and food. Everything is fresh and delicious.

Out of 5 drinks only 1 of us liked theirs. Also coffee was only lukewarm, i asked them to warm it up, they did but still not hot. On a plus side my strawberry and banana smoothie was very good

This is my absolute favorite breakfast place in Chambersburg. I loved it when I lived here and now that I've moved away it's always on my list to visit. The food is so delicious, the baked goods are perfect. The coffee is the best around. Definitely visit here!!

Unfortunately I had to travel 2.5 hours from Philly to Chambersburg to attend the funeral of a coworker who suddenly passed away under tragic circumstances. My friend and I arrived early and we found the Brussel's Cafe while looking for a place to have a coffee and collect our thoughts. The owner was indeed Belgium and as nice as can be. The 2 young ladies behind the counter and cleaning tables were also super friendly. The coffee was excellent and my friend said her smores pastry was delicious. We were even given a complimentary box of mini macarons just before we left. They were excellent. The pistachio was my favorite. All in all, it was a pleasant bit of sunshine on an otherwise somber occasion. I will definitely make my way there again if I ever get back to Chambersburg.

To the workers who drew a "rock on" hand on my boba cup... YOU ROCK!
As a college student (and especially in this economy), I try really hard to save every penny. But every once and awhile, we all deserve a treat! I remember hearing this cafe had boba from Facebook awhile back... at first I was unsure, since I know of a boba place a little farther away with cheaper prices. Let me just say, the few extra dollars is WORTH IT!
The service was fantastic and the taste was wonderful. They even included whipped cream and a cookie on top to go along with it...I've never had boba with whipped cream before, let alone a surprise cookie!! I even got my favorite colored straw.
Great experience all around. I can't splurge often, but I know when I'm in the mood for some brown sugar boba again, this will be the place I go!

Coffee shop music. Crepes, Belgium waffles, bagels, macaroons, gourmet cupcakes, lattes, frappe. Salads too.

Lovely Cafe with delicious food. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a tasty meal relatively quickly. Was amazed at how quickly they were able to prepare my group's food (about 10 of us). Will definitely be going back again and again.
