Every time I come here they screw up my order. I asked for sausage and egg sandwich (no cheese) and I got a sausage and cheese sandwich no egg. I rarely write reviews and if this was an isolated incident I would let it go, but it happens every single time.

Corned beef Reuben is about as close as you can come to ones from NY and Livingston Deli's as you can get

Went to Johnny's today for the first time after months of glancing at the menu online and passing "we should go's" back and forth. We come from a town with an iconic bagel shop which is so loved if you don't show up right at 6 when they open you are already 10th in line. Today is my birthday and we were off and up early enough to give Johnny's a try so we placed our order by phone and took a walk on down to Main.
First and foremost the food was pretty good. I got a wrap with grilled chicken and all sorts of warm tasty veggies. It came with thick and crunchy Tortilla chips as well as a beloved pickle. The Mrs. Ordered a lovely salad with big clusters of nuts, Bleu cheese and slices of apples (which would have been nice diced but, hey, that's showbiz). We also ordered homefries which were far less appealing. They were undercooked, underseasoned, oily and simply very basic. As I write this they're sitting in a pan in my air fryer as I tried to revive them but forgot they existed. That being said about the food, the in store experience was less than great and is the main reason this review is 3 stars. After waiting in line looking at all of the goodies on the counter on the way we arrived at the register. The cashier was pleasant enough and grabbed the bag with our items, listing them off. We let her know we also ordered 2 drinks in which she told us (after placing this order on the phone through an employee) "Oh yeah, I know those are on the menu but we don't do those. We don't have the stuff to make all of that."
Okay.
So we begin to pay for the food we were allowed to have. As my partner approaches the credit machine a man comes out from the back and calls out 2 orders. He then places 2 plates of food directly in front of her on the counter for the patrons to deliberate whom the food belonged to all while being intimately close to the both of us and interrupting our transaction. We continued to pay and took off.
Overall would try again but with high hopes and low expectations.

We drove up to Bethlehem for a weekend getaway and stumbled upon Johnny's Bagels & Deli. We both got the Dave Evans Cheeseburger. BEST burger I've had in a really long time. It's the end of November however the 2 slices of tomato that were on the burger were as fresh and tasty as if it was plucked from the garden in summer. The gentlemen running the line were pleasant and the shop outside was very clean. 5 stars all the way!!!

Had my first bagel here on my lunch break after being away from PA for 8 years and living on Long Island. I was nervous to have a PA bagel again (bc I mean, NY bagels?!? You can't beat them), but this place did not disappoint. The everything bagel toasted with cream cheese was perfect. I wish they had egg everything bagels, but it's ok. The staff was super friendly and the place is decorated nicely. The menu is extensive and I'm sure it's all delicious.

Ordered the breakfast platter. 3 eggs, home fries, and toast. It was delicious! The eggs were perfect- not greasy. The home fries were exceptional, had onions, and peppers mixed in. And the toast was toasted just right. Would definitely order this again! Great place, great location!

This place is like a pair of earmuffs when your ears are old. It’s a hug when you need one. It’s a drink of water when you’re about to fall on the floor from dehydration. This place rocks. It’s a need, not a want. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. I love it here. Eat here.

Called in an order, they said 15 minutes. Go in 15 minutes later, guy behind the counter has no idea i ordered. Yells up to a guy I thought was a customer drinking coffee in the front of the shop, he says oh yeah and begins making the order at that point. While waiting for the order to be cooked, the first guy behind the counter rang me up and charged me for arbitrary items that he said were the same price as what I ordered. The menu with prices right behind him was different than what he charged me, after a little too much arguing he put the right items and charged me correctly. After I payed while waiting for my food, another guy came in and ordered, very clearly, a large coffee. Guy behind the counter grabs a soda cup and walks over to the soda machine before the customer yelled at him for coffee. Food was pretty good when I finally got it, not worth the ordeal though
